Situated a stones throw from Hammonasset State Park and Beach, Clinton Outlets and the Shore Line East Train Station. Near by you will find places to kayak, Chamard Wineries, Marinas and many quaint New England towns.The Cottage is fitted with its own router coupled with an eating nook that can double as a work space. pets are allowed. self check-in

House is well equipped with everything you would need. Great proximity to local beaches and amenities in town. Met the owner who was very nice and chatted with them for a while we were outside and they gardened. Our dog loved the yard.

Great Location! You could walk a mile to the beach if you wanted to. So many restaruants in the area as well. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and with linens. Definitely pet friendly property. The home was clean (bathroom, kitchen) but there were a lot of spider webs throughout the place and the ceiling fans were very dusty (to the point that I didnt want to turn them on)Overall, great place.

Lovely!

Robin was an excellent host and the cottage was beautiful and very well kept! After a very long work day, it was so relaxing to sit in the garden.

Robin was a great resource about the area. Her property was amazing the cottage was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. We had a relaxing stay and a great time. We would love to go back again and again!

Property is charming, beautifully decorated, clean. Host was very responsiveand even shared produce from her lovely garden! We hope to return.

This pretty cottage worked well for us. We would definitely stay there again. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and out we’re generous. Home was in very good condition.

Wonderful Cottage

We had a marvelous one week stay at Robin's cottage. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient and close to many points of interest, 5 Minutes to the beach, half an hour to New Haven or Gillette Castle. Thanks so very much

clean and charming cottage

The cottage was clean, bright and cheery. All new amenities and really well laid out. AC was functioning perfectly along with all other utilities. SO close to beach, restaurants and shops!! Very convenient location and really easy to find!! I give the owner and property a 10/10 and would definitely recommend to friends/family~

Beautiful little place with everything!

Our host Robin made her “gardeners cottage” into our little home away from home with plenty of well stocked towels and sheets a cozy and very well equipped kitchen and possibly the best space economy for comfortable sleeping I’ve seen. Added to this was her obvious great taste and knowledge of color scheme and art, and this made for a really lovely stay! Close to Madison and Hamonasset so we will definitely try to return in warmer months!

Gardners cottage

The gardners cottage was a wonderful place to stay for 2 weeks while house being renovated. Robin was a very responsive host - communication with her was easy and timely which was appreciated. The cottage is as described and was a quiet respite. The gardens and flowers in the yard are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the evening. Location was convenient to shopping, highway, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Sweet Home, Cottage Connecticut ~

I honestly can't say enough good things about this sweet cottage surrounded by beautiful flowers and nestled in the cutest town... My kitty cat and I needed a place to stay for two weeks during an apartment renovation--and now we never want to leave!! Clinton is a perfect coastal village, with everything from a post office and wine shop to delicious lobster and the best library ever. I felt at home here from the first second and now it's truly difficult to go...Robin is a wonderful, responsive host and this cottage has hot water, a comfy bed, great work space, and a kitchen with all the fixins'! We hope to make this our home-away-from-home with many more visits in the future. What a gem--thank you for everything!!
