New Farmhouse Cottage in the heart of Treasure valley!

We are new!! Our charming farmhouse cottage is conveniently located among several tourist attractions. Our suburb is one of the most beautiful in SW Boise! We are 10 miles to BSU, 8 miles to Roaring Springs Water Park, Meridian, 8 Miles to the Village of Meridian, 15 miles to Eagle Island State Park, and 29 miles to Bogus Basin Ski Resort! Lastly, we, conveniently, have a Grocery Store, Gas Station and Restaurants just blocks from our cottage. Our beautiful Community Pools are open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day weekend dependent on weather with some flex days at the start and tail end of the season. Everything you need is here to accompany your needs.

The house is very nice, it is as depicted in the marketing photos. Quiet neighborhood, no issues with neighbors or parking. It is well stocked and clean. We were in Boise for a family wedding so did not have time to check out the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Wonderful to have two pools in the community to use. Very thankful for the AC as it was extremely hot in Boise during our visit. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Location for Families!

The property was EXACTLY what we needed for our quick trip to Boise. Amenities exceeded expectations for our family and we LOVED the walking paths and pools in the little community. Close to grocery stores and accessible to all areas of Boise. Quiet and clean, we will definitely stay again!

Great stay

The house is clean and beautiful! The neighborhood had a family feel. It is in a great location with a grocery store, restaurants, and other stores right down the street. We spent time in old down town Bosie and it was only about a 20 minute drive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Property!

We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs. This was by far the cleanest and was in a great location. Very well kept, neatly decorated and well supplied. Would definitely stay again. A stool for the littles in the bathroom would be helpful and a garage door opener would be optimal but these are minor feedback. No complaints - Great place!

Family Gathering

We were visiting our 2 sons and their families with our other son and his family. 4 adults and 2 young children had a perfect stay at this house. We had one family game day, and there was plenty of room. The host is also very responsive which is so helpful. There were good amenities provided as well.

Close to Family

We needed something that was close to our Idaho family. It was a quick visit. This house was perfect, not only because of the location to our family, it was close to anything we needed. Cutest house ever!

This was the perfect house for our family get together. The house was decorated so cute and the neighborhood is my new favorite! it is perfect. my only advice would be to get new lighting in the master bedroom. it is super dark and it was hard to see what we were doing.

Beautiful Home

From the moment we walked in, we loved everything about this rental property! We stayed two nights as we were in town for a wine tour. We did not visit the pool or turn on the televisions but we did enjoy the hot tub. I enjoyed the master and my friends said the bed frames in the other rooms are kinda noisy but that is seriously the ONLY comment other than we loved it!!!

Beautifully decorated house. Host was very accommodating when I needed to add extra nights. Wish bed was bigger in guest room, at least a queen, instead of double. Needed luggage rack or somewhere to put luggage with clothes in them. Kitchen was great, lots of counter space. Needed a pizza cutter but couldn’t find one. Other than that, it had everything we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Garage was nice to park in, would have liked to have a clicker to get in instead of having to put in the code every time. Overall, it was a great stay with my adult kids and grandkids.
