Welcome to our Beautiful Home directly on the Niantic River.

Spectacular private waterfront home on the Niantic River. We call it the “RIVER RESORT”, our personal oasis! The photos tell the story. If you love the solitude the water has to offer, this setting is perfect for you. Great for a romantic weekend alone or simply just a place to relax and get lost in the view.

One bedroom with a queen bed located on the lower level of our home. The upper level will be vacant. Direct waterfront views from every space. There is a full-size kitchen and full-size bathroom to accommodate your every need just as if you were home. All you need is your suitcase and personal items. Walk out your bedroom door to the covered patio with comfortable seating and dining table or relax on the huge patio and watch the boats go by while you sunbathe in the lounge chairs on our beautiful stretch of the Niantic River.

Outside you have comfortable covered and uncovered seating, lounging areas and dining table options. If it gets chilly, simply light the fire pit or warm up in the optional hot tub.

Many amenities include private dockage. You can bring your boat or kayak to enjoy the river. Boarding ladder for easy in and out swimming. Fish right from one of the many rocking chairs and clean them at the filet station.

There is an additional detached space we call the “MERMAID LOUNGE” with a full-size sleep sofa that could accommodate 2 more people. This space can be made to be available after booking. There is also an option if you would like to use the soft tub! Please inquire.

The space is equipped with an AC, oven, small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and Keurig for your convenience.

Wi-Fi, towels, linens and paper supplies are provided.

Explore our quaint town of Niantic that is within a 5-minute drive where you can try deep-sea fishing or walk around and visit the shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and movie theater. The Niantic boardwalk is a perfect place to stroll along the beach, then return to our peaceful river front patio where you can enjoy a dinner cooked on the gas grill and a cocktail by the gas fire pit and outdoor heaters.

Easy access to I-95, bringing you close to Clinton Crossing Premium Outlet, Tanger Outlet, Rocky Neck State Park, Hammonasset Beach, Mystic Seaport & Aquarium, Gillette Castle, Essex Steam Train, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos, wineries, breweries, charter fishing, and the Block Island Ferry.
