Immerse yourself in La Jolla's village in our condo located steps away from La Jolla Cove. Located in one of the few areas of San Diego where a car truly is not needed, you can explore The Jewel of California by simply stepping out your front door. The Village is packed with incredible restaurants, cafes, shopping and museums. You can even explore an underwater cave at the Cave Shop. Outdoor activities right at your finger tips include hiking trails, beach walks, world class snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, tidepooling, swimming and so much more. Right across the street, you can sit on a bench at the famous Ellen Browning Scripps Park and watch the waves role in while pelicans and sea gulls dive for their afternoon snack.

However, you don't need to leave the condo to experience the beauty of La Jolla. Stay in, open the windows and let the ocean breeze take your worries away. There is nothing more mesmerizing than the astonishingly beautiful La Jolla Coastline visible from your living room couch. Our fully equipped and stocked kitchen makes meals at home easy and enjoyable. We have Air Conditioning (a rarity still along the coast in La Jolla) for those summer days when the ocean breeze can't cool you down completely. 2 full bathrooms, elegantly adorned, provide you with both a walk in shower and bath tub/shower to fit your preference. Comfy queen size beds and stylish beach decor provide a restful stay in our condo. We think you'll truly enjoy our Cove House Condo and all of the amenities of the Village and La Jolla Cove that are right outside your front door!

The communication with the host was excellent. Bonus that she allowed us to check in early because the unit was not rented the day before. The unit is exactly as described with some comments. The couch really needs replacing. Springs were popping through and it looked worn. It serves as a sofa bed in a clever way (w/o a mattress) so you are actually sleeping on the cushions. The bathroom sinks are so high, if you are short, they are so difficult to use. The flooring was nice and clean. there is a/c, and it was needed for the time we were there.The location was so perfect. We had a wedding at a rooftop 2 blocks away right across from the seals. A very short easy walk. Nice touch that they leave k-cups and snacks for the guests. That is very much appreciated even though we didn't use them. The weird thing is the entrance to the unit. You have to go through the inside of the restaurant to get to the unit. The bonus is the restaurant was right there and pretty good, because we did not want to cook. Little to no noise from the restaurant in the unit.All in all, it was a good choice for my family of 5 adults.

We had a fantastic experience! Can’t beat this location. Had no trouble parking on the street right outside the door. Apartment was spacious and beautiful. We left something behind and the host shipped it to me right away. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this slice of heaven. We had a wedding at La Valencia and this was the perfect location. The condo has everything you need for a great stay. We did not hear much from Cove House restaurant maybe silverware but it was quiet at the residence and the food was great and very convenient. We would stay here again!

Location, location, location. It definitely is in a prime location which is a short walk to the beach, sea lions, seals, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nice with a fairly new kitchen and bathrooms. My only gripe was the couch which had noticeable springs in the cushions which made it impossible to get comfy on. I was told that it was only two years old but that did not help with the fact that it was unusable. Replace the couch and I'll give you five stars.

Exactly what we wanted!

Great location! Very comfortable. We were worried restaurant would be loud and cause traffic but it closes at 6pm. No noise to speak of and getting in and out was easy. Kind of cool in a way. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. Wish we could have stayed longer. Love La Jolla!

Great Stay at LaJolla Cove

Wonderful comfortable spot just a block from LaJolla Cove in one direction and Prospect in the other. The unit had everything we needed, and our hostess provided very detailed information about our accommodation and the neighborhood.I highly recommend it for a group of four.

Awesome place!

The location was perfect…we were able to walk to everywhere we went! Sharing the entrance with the restaurant was not a problem at all. The house itself was stocked with more than I had expected. The snacks were such a nice touch! Our family will definitely return to this home for our next visit to La Jolla!

Great location

The property is nice. Entering through the hallway in the back of the restaurant is not a problem and we never noticed any noise from the restaurant. We were able to hear when they picked up the trash and made deliveries from the bedroom that is next to the stairway. The location is great and you have views of the ocean from some of the windows. I would stay again.

Perfect La Jolla Location

Attended our daughter’s graduation from USD and could not have stayed at a more perfect location with a host that is very thoughtful. It was beautiful, peaceful and located next to the park, dinning and shopping. A family friendly and lovely rental.

We had the best time staying at this property above Cove House! The location is perfectly located in the middle of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and the water. The host left plenty of snacks, towels, blankets, etc. We felt very safe and comfortable!

Perfect location

Perfect location for our daughter’s wedding at The La Jolla Rooftop.The unit was clean, well stocked for families going to the beach, iron and ironing board, blow dryer and anything else you might need PLUS with the location being above and behind The Cove Restaurant was amazing. My best brunch of the weekend was there.Host was super responsive,and so understanding even when I told her the Kitchen sink was plugged IT WAS NOT. Everything in the unit was perfect and the view was awesome

Well located and set out. Instructions on home were very good and easy to follow. We really enjoyed staying in the home in the heart of La Jolla near the beach and sea lions.

This condo is located in an incredible spot for anyone wanting to come visit La Jolla and have everything right at your fingertips. It really couldn't be in a better location to spend your visit exploring La Jolla without the need of a car. It has a classy beach bungalow feel and many windows with views out to the ocean, hard wood floors throughout, nicely finished bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and in-house washer dryer. It even has a/c, which is a still a rarity in homes close to the coast in La Jolla. The Cove House Condo has everything a person could want or need while enjoying La Jolla's incredible coastline!
