Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.

The Foxglove Tiny House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Per our listing, we have a 2 person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.

We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Foxglove Tiny House's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
Jamaica is a wonderful artist community tucked away in the Green Mountains. Walk out the door for an adventure on the West River Trail. Jamaica State Park is only two miles from the tiny house. The two state parks, Townshend and Jamaica, have numerous overlook trails and the West River offers kayaking, rafting and tubing. Gourmet dining and designer outlets are a close drive to Manchester, Vermont. Spend a day skiing on the slopes at one of the nearby ski resorts: Stratton, Bromley, Mount Snow, Magic Mountain, or Okemo. Don't forget to hike to the town's popular swimming holes: Hamilton and Pikes Falls. Come enjoy the outdoors!
The Foxglove Tiny House is tiny vacation living at its finest. The house offers a full kitchen with two-burner gas stove and oven, farmhouse sink, butcher-block countertops, Poly & Bark sofa, electric fireplace, minisplit heat and AC, Smart TV, WiFi, a luxurious walk-in tiled shower, flushing toilet, bedroom loft with queen mattress (accessible by a full set of stairs), outdoor area with porch, Breeo firepit, Weber grill, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs...just to name a few features! Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee (one pet max). Come enjoy Vermont in a whole new way!

The house is located on the same property as Apple Blossom Cottage, a popular Airbnb. The two homes share a driveway, but you will have access to your own outdoor space and parking space for one car. The peaceful property also is home to wildflowers, chickens, and beautiful territorial views of the surrounding area. While the house does have its own dedicated outdoor area and amenities, this home is among several other tiny homes on the property. So if you are looking for a secluded getaway without anyone around, another one of our properties may be a better fit for you.
