Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was looking for and expecting a palace, but it was not even close—half the size, no views, dark, we decided to leave early. However, I’m likely to give them another chance next time because our manager's response to our disappointment once he got my friends illustrated texts was excellent. He sent us a list of improvements he said were already under way as we drove home. He was great. excellent. The numbering system for finding our unit: Really? Talk about confusing.

Sadly we booked through Expedia, which booked through VRBO, which booked through Vacasa. The Expedia listing said there was an indoor pool and gym and there was not one when we arrived. Tri-party bookings are really are drag! Tried calling and no he staff at vacasa was not helpful at all.

Overall Wonderful

Wonderful location and comfortable. Appliances were a bit dated, but that didn’t impact our stay. The unit was not cleaned from the previous occupants upon our check in and took a few hours to do so. This is not the fault of the owner, but did impact our initial experience. Overall wonderful though. Great location and comfortable with a working fireplace. Would stay here again.

A very nice stay

We loved staying at the townhome. It was a welcome place to stay while we traveled around, enjoying fall. It was very comfortable and the village amenities were great.

Great location but don't expect much. No frills. You get what you pay for except with all the ext...

The location is walking distance to Tamarack lift. It's nice to not have to take the shuttle. We like having a kitchen to cut down on expenses. The view is pretty. The fireplace is nice.

Dated and dirty

This unit is not as advertised. The kitchen is completely ill equipped, I could not even make pasta for my kids. The interior of all kitchen drawers were filthy. The shower knob was broken so you could not control the water temp. This listed states there are 2 reserved parking spots when there are in fact no reserved parking spots At first, the property manager, Vacasa was responsive. However, the ceased communicating and I am still waiting for the credit promised to me.

Close to Slopes

We had a great stay. It's not the most modern or squeaky clean condo, but honestly worked just fine. We were comfortable and enjoyed the fireplace. And you cannot beat the location to the slopes for the price. We will be staying here again.

Great location, perfect for a weekend

Loved the location as we were there for an event. The unit does need some updates. But overall it worked for us. It has a washer and dryer which helped a lot as it rained all weekend and we needed to dry our cloths. The bathroom needs some update. There was a funny fishy smell from the kitchen sink, we put the kitchen shink drain stopper and filled the sink with water to stop the smell. It was very easy to check in and check out. The sofa bed was not as confortable. The bed room bed was more of a double bed. But the unit had extra pillows and sheets which helped.

This time of the year, Stratton is pretty deserted, so the quiet was just what we were looking for. The condo was nice, but needs some updating.

Cozy unit ski in ski out lots to like!

Loved the proximity to the ski slopes, you can walk to the end of the building and up a small hill to the Tamarac lift! When you enter the unit there is a small 'mud room' with a bench for putting your boots on, and a small rack for skis. Unit was clean but oven had not been cleaned in a while, still ashes in fireplace, and the small electric grill on the deck has been used by someone who didn't clean it. No worries, cozy unit was otherwise clean and comfortable. Very relaxing... TV in living room and bedroom. Fireplace is nice but bring fire starters and kindling as we could not get big logs to burn with cardboard, etc. Enjoyed 3 sunny spring days of skiing Stratton, we will be back!

This property was left FILTHY dirty upon our arrival. We understand that we were arriving on a Sunday night after a big weekend. However, that is no excuse to leave us with wet, dirty towels and used sheets thrown in the corner of the bedroom. Absolutely awful experience.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is simple but clean, and had everything we needed. The ski-on/ski-off was great, and we loved that the property had access to firewood for guests. The owner kindly allows use of pantry items if you need something. We found it to be well-stocked. Neighbor guests were courteous. My one recommendation is to bring ear plugs for sleeping. There is a condo unit above and you can hear movement/conversation above the bedroom. We had earplugs and did just fine. Bed was comfortable. Lastly, it's a quick 5 minute walk into the Village for restaurants, coffee, and of course skiing. We would stay again. Thanks!
