Aqua has been designed from the ground up to be as memorable as the beach itself!

During the day, Aqua offers an endless variety of options for creating active family memories. Being located on a hard-to-find gulf-front subdivision means no loading up the car and no crossing busy highways in the summer heat to get to the beach.

In fact, it’s less than a 3 minute walk from Aqua’s front door down our shaded neighborhood path to our incredible, secluded, sugar sand beach. (And don’t forget to enjoy our incredible underwater life!)

Coastal Dune Lakes are rare water bodies that occur in only 3 places in the world. Aqua is fortunate to be located on one of the largest on highway 30A...which creates incredible opportunities to use our (free, included) paddleboards, and kayaks to create forever-memories on this incredible natural phenomenon.

30A is famous for our 17 mile bike/jogging path that offers absolutely stunning coastal scenery that has made our area famous. Aqua boasts a very-rare, private gate in its backyard that opens directly to this world-famous attraction.

Aqua is designed for the enjoyment of kids...and the comfort of adults. Featuring 3 en-suite masters (including a downstairs master with frameless glass shower and freestanding tub) as well as two bunk rooms for the kids, Aqua boasts a sleeping capacity for 16 and parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Need a chillax day? Have the kids swim in Aqua’s full-size pool (seasonally heated from October 1 to April 30) for the day. Or grill up some fresh-caught seafood in Aqua’s outdoor dining area. Enjoy the kiddos’ surprise as Aqua’s rear pool deck begins glow-in-the-dark as night falls!


Need a day out of the sun? Aqua’s family game closet will keep Guests of all ages entertained. Curated to be both entertaining and to create family bonding time.

Ready for bed? While the grown ups will enjoy the high quality king beds with 3 private en-suite baths, the kiddos will have to cross the glass walkway through circling sharks, curious turtles and friendly dolphins to make way to their galley-style berths. We promise...Aqua will create forever-memories!

Pool: Aqua has a pool which is seasonally heated from October 1 to April 30 that is 20 feet long, 10 feet wide, 3 feet deep at the shallow end, and 5 feet at the deep end.

Important Information:

NOTE: Spring Break Restrictions: Please note that during Spring Break (March - April), you must be at least 25 years old to reserve Aqua. We're sorry, absolutely no exceptions.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
