SD Vacation Heart of San Diego Fully Renovated

Welcome to this spectacular San Diego Vacation Home. FULLY renovated 4BR 2 Bath. We have just completed a top-to-bottom renovation that included every detail of the house inside and out and everything is brand new. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood

The space
This San Diego home offers a spacious, light-filled floor plan with a modern kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and large windows. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living by opening the sliding glass door out to the covered patio, complete with a built-in BBQ and outdoor lighting. Along with corn hole & Giant connect four in the back yard. Gas fire pit on the patio.

Pool table & Dart Board in the Garage.

Central heat and air. Other amenities include ample off-street parking, a full-sized washer and dryer, high speed wi-fi, and an HDTV with Roku.

The neighborhood is central, safe, clean, friendly and easy to access. We are located right above Mission Valley in the middle of greater San Diego. One mile from the SDSU stadium, 10 minutes from SDSU, This home is located only a mile from the new Snapdragon Stadium. A convenient drive to most San Diego destinations beaches, Bay, Downtown, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District, Airport, Convention center, hiking trails, La Jolla and everything else are only 5-15 mins from the house!

FYI -Please be aware there is a current construction project next door to our home. As the neighborhood is very quiet normally we can't guarantee during your stay you won't hear some construction noise during the day. Please contact me with any questions before booking.

Great trip

We stayed for a week and had no issues at all! The home is very spacious even with our large group! The host was amazing and the next door neighbor was so friendly! No complaints, only compliments! Would stay again!

Great Stay

We are from SD and came to visit family and friends. The property is lovely. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool table, backyard patio, grill, corn hole, and the fire pit. We even used mint from the garden to make mojitos and the lemons for lemonade! There is a nice park/school yard/dog park across the street where my son shot hoops. Everyone stayed entertained and I can say we used the property to the fullest. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful clean home in a quiet location

We were a family of 5, and stayed in this beautiful home for 6 nights. The property is spacious, well laid out with a perfect and manicured landscape. The house is extremely clean with lots of supplies including towels, kitchen utensils and including a welcome treat. The host was promptly responsive and helpful. The neighbours were also friendly and suggested where to visit during our stay. We felt quite comfortable and would definitely be booking this place again during our next visit to San Diego.

Perfect Home Base

House was in a quiet area, close to everything we did during our stay. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Backyard was great for unwinding after a day of taking in the sites. Perfect home base for our family trip to San Diego!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

What a beautiful home; we loved staying here! Jennifer was incredibly welcoming and helpful; she left nothing out. This lovely vacation home is immaculate and nicely appointed with modern decor. It’s also in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood with close proximity to stores and restaurants. The backyard is fantastic! It’s beautifully landscaped, has a large covered patio with ample seating, features an amazing built in bar/grill, and a fire pit, which made a nice gathering spot in the evenings! The array of indoor and outdoor games and two indoor living areas—each with flatscreen TVs—was perfect entertainment for our family. The home was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online. I highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!!!

It was wonderful

We had family that lived less then 5 minutes away. This house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, organized, well stocked. We love a clean and tidy home. We felt welcomed as well. We take regular trips to San Diego to visit family. We will be booking with you everytime now. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for a family. The house was better than the pictures. The two family rooms and ample outdoor space provided plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. Nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Wonderful San Diego property!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The entire experience was awesome! The house is beautiful, the description on VRBO is accurate. The home is fully remodeled and was a comfortable "home away from home." The house was stocked with eveything we needed to have a wonderful stay and a memorable family Thanksgiving. Very quiet neighborhood near all of the major attractions. Jennifer, the property owner, was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We would highlyrecommend this property for your stay in San Diego!
