Check in was easy, and felt safe. Beautiful home, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Host was super accommodating. Ideal location, close to shopping and a short drive to downtown San Diego and the beach. We had a special occasion for our visit, our son got married, so it made our trip, feel like home. Thank you

Stay in San Diego

This is a wonderful property! It was spacious and close to everything we wanted to do- zoo, El Coronado, and trip back to La Jolla.Beds/room were cozy. Would highly consider staying here again when in this area of CA!

Family weekend

This house was just minutes away from San Diego State which was so helpful when going to my daughters house and the school The house was very spacious for everyone to have a spot they could relax after a busy day It was so nice that we could sit around and visit in this beautiful house

Spacious with Good Location

The house was very clean and neat. Everything was easy to figure out. Location was convenient. The street was very tight in terms of entering and exiting property’s driveway/garage. The king bed was extremely soft so if you prefer a firmer bed keep that in mind. One of the beds in the other room was firmer, though. Loved the bathtub. Used it every day.Overall, loved the house. I do wish that you were able to use washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again and tecommend to visitors.

We will stay here again

Beautiful home in great location. Lots of space and really nice view with back deck. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so we only stayed one night but we enjoyed the house. Please note the listing says laundry but the room says its not for guest use.

Very Nice stay

The property is very close to SDSU and most major San Diego attractions. It is a multi level home so if you have loved ones with mobility issues it will be a lot of stairs. It is a very large space, wnough for a large group of people. Very Nice stay overall!

Birthday visit

Overall, enjoyed the property for our visit to San Diego for grandmother’s 80th birthday. Because we had a full-size SUV and a low hung Mustang, parking was a bit of a challenge to get into and out of the garage and street parking was extremely limited.

Overall good stay

There were issues with the gas stove- when lighting it wouldnt spark and when it worked, the entire house smelt like gas. Back door on main floor doesnt lock, it was a security issue. Bedding was a bit dirty in one room. The location was good and the stay was okay aside from these issues. I would stay here again just be aware.

Bachelorette week to remember

10/10 would reccommend. 5 ladies stayed at this house for a 3 day getaway for a bachelorette weekend. The house was gorgeous with a full kitchen and large living area we could all enjoy. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the back porch as well as comfortable couches for movie nights. We also felt safe in the neighborhood. We had more than enough beds for comfortable sleeping arrangement in the home and linens for us all to have beds and to shower. There are also provided quality shampoo and conditioner and soap soap products provided in gorgeous bathrooms.

I chose this neighborhood because it is centrally located to many of San Diego's tourist attractions including the airport. The house is located near San Diego State University (SDSU) in the highly desirable Rolando Village Neighborhood. It is nestled in a quiet & clean urban neighborhood. Close to everything San Diego has to offer!

What makes my home unique is the architecture of the home and the spacious balconies overlooking the hills of the city.

THIS HOME HAS THREE FLOORS!

On the first floor, you will find south facing panoramic views from every window on the main living and dinning room area. A half-bath also known as the guest bathroom for easy access for guests. An exquisitely sleek new Chef’s Kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with a waterfall peninsula, farm sink, high end herringbone patterned backsplash, gold accents, a pot filler, large pantry, LED task lighting and more!

On the second floor, you will find the spacious bonus room (20x20). A whole living room set fits along with a sofa bed, a 65 inch smart TV, a PlayStation 4 (that the kids would love!) a work area (desk and chair) and the laundry room.

On the third floor, you will find the fabulous master suite that includes two walk-in closets, a private deck, a king size bed, a 75 inch TV, a work space, a luxurious master soaking tub and walk-in shower with LED lighting and a rain shower-head. Two additional bedrooms and a hallway bathroom.

Multiple decks, with cool breezes, a bbq grill and a spacious backyard makes this home the perfect gathering place for your family and friends. Look no further!
