Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa — including all 4 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom), the private pool house suite, the waterfall pool, outdoor lounging areas, BBQ grill, and driveway with on-site parking.

Self check-in is available via secure keypad. You’ll receive your personal door code before arrival — no keys needed!

There are no shared spaces or other units — the entire property is yours to enjoy.

Other things to note -
A rental car is strongly recommended. The island has steep hills, limited sidewalks, and taxis can be expensive or unreliable. An SUV makes exploring much easier.

Our driveway is steep and narrow, as is common on St. Thomas. You’ll get used to it quickly, but we recommend arriving in daylight for your first trip up.

Power outages occasionally happen on the island. Our backup generator and solar systems help ensure your stay remains comfortable.

You may spot lizards or iguanas around the property — part of island life! We have regular pest control, but nature is close here.
