Our group of 8 were very impressed with the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of this gorgeous home! We also loved the proximity to the downtown of Spearfish! It was great to be able to walk there to shop, eat, and enjoy! Absolutely great place to stay while in Spearfish! We would definitely recommend!

Great property in a quite neighborhood! The house had enough rooms that accommodated everyone in our party and beds were very comfortable. Large open space kitchen that was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here. There were nine of us staying for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy to walk right into town as well. The owner, Tommy, was accessible for questions. Also, Great place!

Pristine and convenient.

We loved this place. Well stocked, pristine and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax. Convenient walk to town. Cannot say enough about this place. Tommy was super. Would definitely stay here again!

Canyon Street stay Spearfish

This property worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children with 5 bedrooms to comfortably sleep everyone. The location is good for access to Spearfish shops and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice to be able to use garage. Would definitely rent this home again

House is very new, furnishings contemporary, decorating very attractive, The house was immaculate when we moved in. The kitchen was beautifully complete with everything needed for a household with five bedrooms. Linens and towels were excellent.

Clean and spacious rental in a great location

The space was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the kids plates and cups, and the basket of mega blocks downstairs for kids to enjoy. Very family friendly rental in walking distance to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Host was great with communication.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Very well maintained and kitchen is marked so you don't have to guess where things are. Close to downtown. The only thing is tubs are deep and older people may have a little difficulty stepping over as there are no grab bars. We had 7 people stay comfortably. Would definitely rebook if coming to this area.

Great location

Brand new home. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Super comfortable. Bedroom on main level was nice for older guests. We felt the check out requirements were a bit much given we paid a substantial cleaning fee.

Graduation for grand daughter

Very nice and clean. Convenient location. 3 families, Kansas, California and Nebraska. Space was such that we spent time together but had personal space! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Gorgeous Home! Five Stars!!!!

The property was beautiful! So clean and organized. Fresh towels and linens. The beds were so comfortable, like luxury hotel beds. There were video games like in an arcade. The check-in process was so simple. Our host, Tommy, was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when we're in Spearfish!

Interior of property clean. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to gather, eat, relax, sleep. My only disappointment was the exterior. The pergola area was very dirty. Furniture all covered. Under covers was dirt, cobwebs, rust on chairs. There were no cushions for chairs. When I told the owner, her response was disappointing.

I sincerely apologize, but think you are reviewing the wrong property. It’s myself (man) and another guy that owns the property. You would have only talked to men with our place. We have a covered porch with a little table and chairs with fabric on them. We don’t have any covers on the furniture. We actually just replaced the set about a month ago so it’s brand new. I really hope this review finds the right owner. Eric & Tommy

Absolutely FANTASTIC

In the last 4 years we've stayed at a lot of places in Spearfish while our daughter was a student athlete at BHSU. This house tops them all!! We were able to host a small gathering to celebrate her graduation, and cooked every meal at the house. The owners thought of it all when they rented their house out. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to prepare meals which is not the case in other places we've stayed. The communication by the owners and check in progress was superb. The Big Game Hunter game was a huge hit with the group as well. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Black Hills!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was too large for just the two of us but our daughter and her sons came over every day, The space was perfect for playing games - the boys love the arcade downstairs too. We had snow most of the days we were there so I really enjoyed the fireplace in the evening.The location is great - within walking distance of downtown, We will be back!
