Steps to the Beach!! Come stay in this modern and sparkling clean home. It is in the perfect location! Just renovated with 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. This home is located walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, coffee shops and Huguenot Park! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes Smart TV, WIFI, beach chairs, beach cart, outdoor dining and a fully stocked kitchen



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi! There is a beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards and cornhole for your use.

The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

2nd Bedroom: King Sized Bed and Twin bed, full private bathroom

This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:

There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

TPC Sawgrass weekend

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and the Blue Jay listening room. The host was easy to communicate with and had wonderful recommendations. We ate in Neptune beach which was a very short drive and cute area. The house was perfect. Good kitchen space for the family. Lots of patio seating.

Great place to stay near the beach

Good location with close proximity to the beach. Nice little yard. House is clean and bright and has what you need. Beds are comfortable. We were just beaching it but if you want more nightlife it is a walk to the bars near the pier.

Lovely place!

We stayed here for a visit to Mayo Clinic. Location was perfect - easy access to Mayo and easy access to Jacksonville beach. Lovely townhome, perfectly appointed. Pet friendly, safe, quiet, no surprises. Thanks Coco!

Excellent beach condo

This place is great. Very clean and everything is well kept. Very close to beach (5 min walk) and has lots of amenities! Excellent communication from host, very accommodating. Also, great price for the newness of the place. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a place near the Mayo Clinic and this was perfect. Easy to get to and from the Clinic. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but worth the hike. Host was easy to contact prior to my stay and that's something I appreciate.

Exceptional place, location and communication

Great host, very thorough in communication. I had no issues and the place was nicer than the photos. Couldn’t have been better. I was very happy overall. This is one of the best places I have booked in Jax Beach.

Wonderful condo!

We had a fabulous stay with our family (2 kids & 2 dogs). We loved being such a quick walk to the beach and the condo had everything we needed. With it being in a residential area, the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The condo was very clean, modern and well kept. The beach chairs, beach wagon, cornhole set, outdoor sitting area and fully stocked kitchen made relaxing here so easy! The communication with the host was fabulous and we loved all the local food recommendations listed in the house manual. We would highly recommend this gem of a condo in JAX!

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best time! It was nicely decorated and in the perfect location. It’s even better than the pics online. 2 blocks from the ocean just like it says and we got to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. We had Thanksgiving there with our 8 college-age kids and everybody loved it. We live in jax so we’d spend our days there and the nights at home. Great for the kids. They could do their thing after we left. Absolutely perfect and will do it again next year.

Relaxing and Chill

This was a last-minute trip to Jax Beach for some relaxation and sun. It was just my wife and I and our dog. Location = Excellent access to the beach, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Property = Well-kept, clean, comfortable beds, covered parking, plenty of space for a 2 bedroom. The backyard was a plus to relax in and for our pup to get all the sniffs in. All kitchen amenities are available except a cookie sheet and steak knives, which we needed both for dinner one night. We have added this property to our fav list for another trip soon. Amazing stay!

Me and 4 other friends were in town for a hockey tournament and wanted a place close to the beach. The beach was in walking distance, not far at all. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Pictures don’t do this place justice. There were 5 adults and plenty of space. There was enough beds plus two rollaway beds. The little outside patio was great plus an extra little patio set out in the fully fenced backyard. My dog loved being able to go out and sun bath while we sat outside. The host was great with communication and any question I had was answered in less than 5 minutes. If we come back we will definitely try and book here again.

Our host Coco was top notch! We were welcomed from the start. We were asked if we needed anything prior to our arrival and during our stay. We truly felt at home! The home was in a perfect location! We loved how quaint and beautifully decorated it was! It was so conveniently located in close proximity to the beach that you could walk the short distance and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic Ocean.It was our very first time staying in a home with an upstairs kitchen and our preteen definitely got a kick out of that! He really enjoyed having the lower level of the home to himself! I am however, pleased that he travels with his iPad. If it were not for that, he would not have had any entertainment on his floor as there is no television downstairs. I really love the fact that checkout is at 11am because most rentals require a 10am checkout. We did not require the additional time but it was nice to know that it was later than most!The outdoor areas were nice, cozy and private. We usually rent a place with a private pool but I actually did not miss a pool at this home! We would definitely stay at Coco’s home again!

Tranquil townhouse

Beautiful townhouse so close to the beach. It was so open and calming with a great backyard for the dogs. Wonderful stay so walkable to the beach and area restaurants.
