Cottage Walking Distance to the Beach

- You want to be walking distance to the beach
- You want a place to yourself but don`t need a mansion and want to avoid a condo with shared spaces
- You want separate TV areas if the kids and adults want space after a long day

Our home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. There is a large sectional couch in the main living area that is there for ultimate rest and relaxation after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is equipped the essentials as well as more. As long as you aren`t cooking very complicated dishes there should be everything you need. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. are all there for your dining needs. There is a 4 person dining table for family dinners or hanging around and playing games!

The bathroom is fully equipped with what you would need. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full size bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and a bath mat. Please bring you own beach towels.

There is a full size washer and dryer along with detergent for your use at the property.

The entire home is just for you! There is plenty of room for 2 cars in the driveway which is private to just you. You have an easy walk to the beach from the property.

***Please make sure to indicate within the Airbnb platform if you plan on bringing pets. There is a one time $100 pet fee that ends up being split up over the number of nights that you are staying and it will reflect in the nightly rate. We allow up to 2 dogs***
There is no smoking at the property, there is a $200 if the property has been smoked in.

We do allow pets but we ask that they stay off of the furniture and if they are left at the property alone that they are in a crate. Please pick up their poop as well.
