A sólo 150 pasos a la hermosa, salvavidas protegido playa en Southend deseable de Ocean City.

En primer condominio piso 1 dormitorio con patio. Gran salón, cocina, dormitorio y baño completo. Condo capacidad para 4 personas con camas individuales en sofá-cama dormitorio y salón.

42 'HD TV, DVD, aire acondicionado / calefacción, ventiladores de techo, cocina eléctrica, nevera / congelador, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora. Vajillas, utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, lavadora / secadora, estacionamiento, ducha exterior. Unidad para no fumadores y no se admiten animales.

Zona residencial tranquila, a pocos pasos de la playa calle 55 protegido. Parque de estado de la ensenada de Corson es también a poca distancia de la playa, paseos por la naturaleza, surf-pesca, santuario de aves, y una rampa para botes. A poca distancia de un parque infantil, una heladería, panadería, tiendas de delicatessen / mercado, la pizza / sándwich, mariscos, para llevar el suministro de playa / tienda de cebo. Tranvía del centro de compras, paseo marítimo, restaurantes, iglesias. Ciclismo, canotaje, tenis, campo de golf, el aeropuerto de la ciudad a poca distancia.

Great Location

We loved our stay. Great location, nice to have a parking spot, plenty of room for the 2 of us. Clean and well-stocked. Mary & Lillian were wonderful! Our only issue was that the air conditioner window unit in the kitchen didn't cool off the bedroom. A 2nd a.c. unit in the bedroom would be wonderful! Otherwise, a perfect spot - we would stay again!

Start of Summer Stay

The property is a wonderful location and a cute small one bedroom condo with attractive kitchen and decor. Our initial plan was to stay with our daughter to kick off her summer after graduation. Schedules changed beyond our control and we shifted our plan to let our daughter go the first day with two friends (all 18+), with the plan to join her some of the week. I let the property owner know and they promptly communicated that this was an issue. I understand the unease with this type of situation. However, I would like to post here, for clarity for prospective renters that in NO case is it allowed to have children of ANY age under 30 stay without their parent at this property. We may have changed our reservation when our plans changed had we known this hard rule. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Hi Cynthia, We were unaware that your daughter and her friends intended to stay at our condo independently until the morning of their arrival. Your VRBO inquiry had indicated there were 2 adults and one child renting. Our VRBO rental rules indicate the age requirement. Eventually, it all worked out with you adjusting your plans and staying with the three 18 year-olds. Thank you for leaving the condo clean and in good order.

It was everything as advertised to be. Nice and quiet at the South end. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Short walk to the beach . Nice clean accommodations beautiful finishes. friendly Property manager Mary.

excellent stay!

we had an excellent time here! the location was perfect - literally less than a minute walk to the beach. the beach was quiet and family friendly and there were great places for ice cream and dinner near by. the house was kept very clean and in great order and communication with mary was smooth and easy. highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Location, location, location

Choose this area for its proximity to Corsons Inlet. Fishing and crabbing was great. Quiet area of OCNJ. Wonderful accommodations. Friendly owners. Easy arrival and departure. So many things in walking distance. Would stay here in the future

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent - close to the beach and eateries in the residential end of town. Bathroom was updated nicely. I think having a towel bar on the wall and over-the-door hooks (like a set of 6) would’ve been helpful for towels to hang and dry in the bathroom. The picnic table on the covered patio was great for family meals. Great stay overall!

Thank you for staying at our condo and happy you enjoyed our location and had a nice stay. Our new shower enclosure will include a towel bar. Installation of the enclosure was delayed due to the pandemic thus we installed a shower curtain temporarily.

Beautiful 1st floor Condo,just minutes from the beach !!!!!

My husband and 2 teen daughters stayed in this condo for 1 week.It is lovely! The furniture in living room is leather,the floors are stone tile,ample lighting(table lamps,standing lamp,and overhead pot lights with dimmer switch).The kitchen is gorgeous! Counter tops and island are granite,all appliances are stainless steel.Dishes are high quality,ample supply of pots and pans,baking dishes,mixing bowls,serving bowls,casserole dishes,even a crock pot is available! We had need of nothing this kitchen is well stocked.The beds mattresses are really firm but comfy.The bedroom closet is large and has a mirrored front! The picnic table in the front was "a great place to eat a grilled dinner at, and have my morning coffee".The washer and dryer are right beside the condo,they are new, great to have these available . There is also a clothes line,for drying all your wet swimsuits.The condo is ,located in a ''very quiet serene neighborhood in the south end" safe, a 3 minute walk to the beach,and close to great places to eat(sticky buns,hoagies,pizza,or ice cream)as well as some small shops.Mary and her sister Lilian are wonderful women,they answered all our questions,met every need we had,provided us with guide books, maps, and coupon books! They also helped us find grocery stores,car dealer services,and gave us suggestions where to eat,see the best sunsets,parks,day trips to other islands,etc.We would see them from time to time,and they "always stopped to chat with us"! You could not "rent from kinder,more knowledgeable people than them! This was our first time in OCNJ and renting.Because of Mary& Lilian and " this beautiful condo in the perfect location,we are already making plans to return next year! Rent this place,you will be happy you did! :)

Great place!

We stayed in this one bedroom condo over Labor Day weekend for 3 nights. Perfect for my husband and I ! So close to the beach! The place was very clean . Nice updated kitchen . Mary was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would definitely rent here again.
