Home was immaculate, fresh, well decorated and fun. Game room was fabulous. Extra towels and WiFi worked well with all devices. Close to artistic shopping area and terrific restaurants. Will book again if we are in the area.

Wonderful property

Linda and her team were fantastic hosts, and this was a wonderful property, centrally located to many local attractions, restaurants, and culture. Situated in a great neighborhood with a great peaceful vibe, it was perfect for our family.

Great Stay

The house was perfect! Clean, decorated cute, lots of amenities and great air conditioning! We stayed with a group of 8 for someone's 70th birthday. There was plenty of common space to hang out. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was safe and walkable! Love it! on of the best VTBOs

Bourbon Trail and Golf

Perfect home base for our trip to Louisville. Four guys playing some golf and checking out the bourbon trail. Nice neighborhood in a very convenient neighborhood close to everything. Eric was great about communicating. Looking forward to coming back and staying again

Great Getaway

I stayed here with 3 other friends for a relaxing weekend in Louisville. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat! So walkable to a bunch of cute restaurants and stores. House was pristine! Beds were comfy, everything super clean. Comfy couches and nice area to hang out in living room and front porch. Highly recommend!

Property as advertised

The place was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport (SDF). It was as advertised and sleeping arrangements were sufficient for 4 couples. Kitchen was stocked with enough to cook a regular meal but no spices, etc. Coffee, paper goods were provided. Good communication from host. Had a hiccup and was addressed efficiently and satisfactorily. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great Neighborhood, Beautiful House

my husband and I stayed here with a group of 7, age 50+ people for the Bourbon & Beyond Festival. it was a very convenient location because we only had about a 10 minute Uber ride to the festival. We also enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious, and we were able to cook together. It had four beautiful bedrooms, and they were all spacious, not cramped. The garage was a nice bonus because we were able to fit two cars and not take up so much driveway space. We also enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and on the front porch. Thank you to our host!

Nice place

This was a great house and the homeowner was great in her response time. I don’t know if we got lucky or she always provides the extras but she had coffee pods, dish detergent and bathroom hand soap and trash bags. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The only thing that wasn’t perfect is, it might have been cleaned and then set empty for awhile because the sinks, tubs, toilets were all very clean but there were some spider webs with some dead bugs by the back door and some cobwebs other places. I am a bug phobic and never saw a live bug. This was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.

preparation needed

We were in Louisville for the big rabbit convention at the Expo Center. The house was easy to locate, convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. and very clean. Eric was communicative with us. My only observation is that there were few supplies. No extra trash can liners, paper towels or toilet paper, no basic condiments such as salt, pepper or ketchup/mustard. We were there for five days, and only two dishwashing pods. If we knew this ahead of time, we would have been prepared, as other houses we have stayed in before have been very well appointed. All in all, a pleasant and safe stay.

Weekend in KY

The location was great! Quiet neighborhood. We didn't spend much time at the house except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms. Everything was nice and clean. A few minor inconveniences: We couldn't find a remote control for the downstairs bedroom tv. There was no hairdryer in the bathrooms. The table seats 4 and "you can't eat in the living room" which poses a problem for 6, unless you eat outside. We opted for nothing more than coffee at the house. No soap for showers, but did provide hand soap. Would recommend this property and would stay there again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!
