Lots of Potential, Great Location. Needs some minor TLC
It was kind of a challenge to get there with GPS. Ultimately had to call Cody.This place has a lot of potential. Beautiful location. Great list of amenities. We just had a string of bad luck during our visit.
-Hot tub is awesome. Nice addition of the outdoor tv
-Propane table would be great if it had propane. The tank in the table was empty. There was a spare by the swing but it only had enough to run the table on low for 30 minutes.
-Nature decided we were not going to have the option of using the pool as it had a dead squirrel in it (should maybe have a pool cover).
-Theater room seating had chip crumbles in the cup holders
-Individual AC units in the bedrooms didnt have a functioning remote. One room was set to 64 while the other was 75.There was an HVAC remote upstairs that was damaged from a dog chewing on it.We eventually found the remote downstairs worked for the ones upstairs.
-The latch on the master bedroom door is bad. Had to use my drivers license to break out of the room in the morning.
-cleaned the pool table for 30 minutes so my wife and I could play pool.Really nice table and cues
-First rental place we ever stayed at that didn't have a printed list of house rules, expectations, check out instructions. So we didn't really do anything at checkout
At the end of the day, the price is reasonable for its location. Cody is accommodating and good with communication.I think renters really take advantage of partying here making it a challenge to keep up with.
