Loved our stay!

Wonderful views and excellent location! Easy to get in and out of the condo and to the beach. It felt very private. The room as a whole was very spacious! A small word of advice though - the A/C couldn't be set below 69 for "energy saving purposes" and even with the blinds closed all day in the master bedroom, it still got quite warm and the ceiling fan didn't work so there was no circulation. Vacasa said no ceiling fan was listed as an amenity so they couldn't provide any assistance. If you like some air circulation while you sleep, I highly recommend bringing a fan of some sort. If I could get confirmation that the ceiling fan in the master works, then I will absolutely book this room for every PCB trip!

The elevated patio gliding chairs were fantastic, they allowed an unobstructed view of the Gulf. The unit was clean and neat.

Very relaxing

I loved the visit! It wasn’t packed and everyone was kind. The only issues I had with the condo was the light in the master room wasn’t working (I didn’t call to get it fixed), the pressure in the shower wasn’t too strong. Other than that I loved it.

Vacasa is awful

There was gum stuck to the head board. In my head you can’t clean a bed properly and leave green gum on the head board. The bathroom door was broken and off the track. There is mold on the shower curtains and shower head. There was food on the silverware and pot holders. The washer smelled like mildew and made our clothes stink. They need better cleaners and updates. On the last day of our stay they offered to bring us new sheets🙄right before we were walking out to check out.

Returning Guests

This makes the 2nd year we have booked this condo and we are ready to book again for 2025. This condo and Dunes of Panama are perfectly located for our needs. The property is beautiful, clean, and secure. I would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd year staying in this unit. We love the location. The free chairs are definitely a added bonus. We have never had a problem renting at this unit. The pools are great and we enjoy the Sneaky Tiki Bar for drinks and ice cream.

PCB getaway!

When we arrived the floors were spotless (which is an A+) We could walk around barefooted and our feet were clean. In the master bedroom, the fan and light would not work. The shower head was disgusting and the bathroom door would not close. In the second bedroom, the fan was a little squeaky, but honestly, not really a problem. Overall, this room was very clean. Even with the little things, I would definitely stay here again. I do recommend getting a new broom though, that thing is wore out.

Needs updating and a good cleaning and has construction ongoing

The condo had not been completely cleaned. Beer bottles on the balcony for example. There was no mention of construction being done during our stay. The outside shower for our building was not working.

Best Value!!

We had the best time at this condo!! It was spacious and so clean! We enjoyed the pools and the Sneaky Tiki. I would totally recommend this condo. Check in and out was easy too!! We loved that 2 beach chair and umbrella was included. On your first day you talk to the attendant at a little hut on the beach .(it’s a little further down than you’d think) They will assign a set of chairs for your stay! We would definitely return!

Our experience at the beach condo managed by Vacasa was outstanding. With its prime location, well-appointed amenities, and excellent service, it provided the perfect setting for a memorable beach vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. The follow-up by Vacasa was exemplary. The property management team was friendly and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. They followed up promptly on any questions or concerns we had, providing excellent service from start to finish. The condo's location was unbeatable. Situated right on the stunning shores of Panama City Beach, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony. Plus, being close to attractions like Pier Park made it easy to explore the area.

Great view, plenty of towels and comforters, beach chairs and beachy decor. Master bath sink wouldn’t drain properly and washer needs maintenance. Floors weren’t super clean either. Great beach access and friendly office staff.

Dunes at Panama

Property was as described in the pictures. My stay was not pleasant. The bed linens were spotty and not smelling quite fresh. I had to work and could not access the WIFI using the information sent in the welcome letter. I made numerous calls since check in and was promised assistance. I spoke with Mariah (local agent) she was plesant and promised to follow through, which she did. Micheal (local technician) came to resolve the issue and realised that the WIFI was connected through the HOA using a different name and password. He also assisted with the washine machine which had the water disconnected. He was really helpful. The overall experince was 2/5. The kids had fun at the beach, I was however unable to work on 2.18 and 2.19, therefore losing income for those days.
