The newly renovated dock has a kayak launch & ladder for easy access. The water is deep enough for a pontoon, deck boat or mid sized speedboat. There is a public park and basketball court just a few houses down. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Please use life vests when kayaking. Enjoy the wading herons, waterfowl, and eagles. Don't miss this peaceful retreat.

Kitchen has filtered water, a Keurig coffee & tea bar, gas stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, backing sheet, large crab pot, and everything you need for cooking, or use the gas outdoor grill for homemade barbecue. Front loading washer and dryer on the premises, with detergent and dryer sheets. house has central heat and air.

There are stairs at all entrances, not handicap accessible. Note that the kayaks and dock are not available from October to April. The bistro lights on the deck have been removed, but there are porch lights.

Vacation rental insurance is recommended. This is a non smoking, non vaping property. Please, no guests, fireworks, parties, incense or candles. capacity for this rental is 3 people.

Security cameras are on driveway and dock, but not outdoor decks, or inside. Any attempt to move or cover camera's will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Thank you.
