Golf Terrace is one of Pinehurst's most desired locations. YOU CANNOT BE CLOSER TO THE 2024 US OPEN AND ALL THE ACTION! This exclusive group of condos is just 250 yards from the popular Cradle golf course, Thistle Dhu putting green, The Deuce restaurant, and Pinehurst Country Club Main Clubhouse. Just a few minutes by foot and you're in the historic Village of Pinehurst where you'll enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment. This property is perfect for a corporate retreat, family vacation, or if you are coming in for some competitive golf...make this your home away from home in Pinehurst.

The layout cannot be beat, with the large primary bedroom/bathroom and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on opposite sides of the common living area (the 2nd Bathroom is between the two spare bedrooms). This layout makes for the most efficient use of space while still offering each guest the privacy they may desire. The fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 2 bar seats is open to a dining area that seats 6, making it easy to enjoy home cooked meals, DoorDash deliveries from your favorite restaurant or just keeping your favorite drinks, snacks and foods on hand for a more enjoyable stay. Living room opens to very private balcony lit with string party lights and overlooking a lovely fairway view of the 18th hole of Course #3.

Gorgeous porcelain tile flooring throughout, full sized stainless steel appliances in kitchen, recessed lighting in all rooms, custom bagdrop area in the entry for storing up to 4 golf bags, shoes, umbrellas, etc.. Living room has two loveseats and a recliner to watch the 65 inch TV (Golf Channel included) along with a second seating area with three additional seats.

All three bedrooms have a variety of linens and pillows provided, their own tvs and ample closet space.

Live the best of local life here in Golf Terrace and take early morning or evening walks to the gorgeously lit Pinehurst Country Club Veranda just across the road or have an afternoon cocktail and watch golfers as you sit in the fireside Adirondack chairs at the Cradle Crossing. If you are here for a tournament, no better place to stroll out your front door with a club or two in your hand and head for arguably the best practice area around. Perfect for fun family getaways, executive stays or just about any excuse you can come up with to visit Pinehurst and stay in style.

Golf weekend

This property was excellent. Very clean, organized and stocked with everything you will need. Location is wonderful close to pimehurst courses and clubhouse within walking distance. Communication with the owner was top notch. We will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Property

This property was beautifully decorated, furnished and maintained. It is conveniently located across from the Pinehurst Clubhouse and #2. You are also surrounded by Course 1, 3 and 5! Enjoyed are stay - thanks Claire for the unexpected treats!

The perfect place and location!

Enjoyed this condo very much. Central location was so convenient. The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable and the layout allows together time and time to yourself. It had everything we could have imagined. The property manager, Claire, has very helpful and made our stay outstanding, with no surprises. We will definitely return to this condo!!

I stayed here with my father-in-law and son for a tournament. The location is amazing and the amenities are great. Claire was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will rent here the next time we visit Pinehurst.

Family Weekend

Was a wonderful property from first view to last. A great way to start the day with coffee on the back deck overlooking the golf course. Very comfortable condo and beautifully decorated. Thanks for the drinks and snacks - boys loved them. Such a great location to be able to walk to The Cradle. We will look forward to staying again. Thank you

Fabulous for Family

The property and the owners left out no details. The place was cool and contemporary. All amenities thoughtfully provided, even a Bluetooth speaker for dancing to our favorite music. State of the art kitchen, TVs, Wi-Fi and super easy keyless entry. We will definitely return and encourage everyone to stay here as well. Thank you Claire and David!

Perfectly Placed in Pinehurst!

Our group of 4 woman immensely enjoyed this Pinehurst property! It has a beautiful view of the golf course. The quiet condo is well equipped to provide a relaxing stay. It is close by to the quaint downtown and all Pinehurst has to offer. I highly recommend a stay. We are planning our next stay and look forward to booking with Claire and David.

Time with Family

Claire was amazing with her communication and we received quick responses. This property is beautiful. We loved spending time sitting on the patio which is right on the golf course - enjoying the sounds of nature. We would recommend this property to families visiting this area.

Felt happy and at home!

The property is well appointed, clean as a whistle and has a beautiful view! The hosts forgot nothing! We felt comfortable and relaxed. It’s very close to the Clubhouse and right on the 18th hole of #3. I’m delighted to review because we hope to return soon. You’ll love it too.

We were married here 20 years ago at The Village Chapel and have enjoyed spending time in Pinehurst with our 3 boys. They play competitive golf so we are here for tournaments often, but find ourselves never wanting to leave. It is such an idyllic place that feels far removed from the rest of the world. We think it is perfection!

We were so drawn to this property because of its convenient location to the heart of Pinehurst. Our kids love being able to walk to The Cradle and the clubhouse and be right in the middle of all the activity. Even with its proximity to the clubhouse, it feels like such a peaceful retreat.
