**Important Information - Please Read**

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Max Occupancy: 8 guests
- Parking: 2 standard size vehicles
- Incidentals Hold: $700. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out at 9:00 AM CDT.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival
- Private Pool: Can be heated for an additional fee during the months of October - April.
- Pavilion: Includes a bar and 65-inch smart TV
- Fenced-In Yard: Large back and side yard
- Putting Green: 4-hole course
- Swing: Perfect for enjoying the outdoors
- Outdoor Shower: Ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach
- Amenities: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen Appliances: Standard appliances and traditional drip coffee maker
- Grill: Propane grill available
- Bikes: Not included, but you can rent bicycles for an additional fee from a third party vendor.
- Golf Carts: Not included, but you can rent one for an additional fee from a third party vendor.
- Beach Chairs: One set of beach chairs and an umbrella included. Additional sets may be rented for an additional fee.
- Neighborhood Pool: Walking distance

Rental Agreement: Must be signed; failure to do so may result in cancellation with no refund
Beach Regulations: No tents or canopies allowed
Parking Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans; no overflow parking available

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, HOA rule violations, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
