Lazy Coconut - A Slice of Heaven

Where do I begin about this gorgeous beach home? We loved it the minute we pulled up to the stone pavers in the parking area! No sand being tracked back and forth from the front. The Lazy Coconut is exactly as advertised. Very large and extremely spacious in every way. Our family of 19, ranging from 64 to 1, had plenty of space to enjoy our week. Check in was super easy and we got to meet Cindy and her husband as they were finishing up getting the house ready for us. They did an excellent job and were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom, even the bunk rooms, was a game changer. The living room accommodated most of us in the evenings and the dining room table was enormous. Seating 16 people! (With much more seating around the island.) Perfect for us all to sit together and enjoy our home cooked meals and game nights. The kitchen was well equipped except for a few minor things that we suggested they add. Our biggest regret was it not having a stand-alone ice maker. The two refrigerator ice makers just didn’t produce near enough ice for that many people. We also would love to see a pantry or some kind of extra shelving to hold groceries. Maybe it could be put in the huge laundry room? We had a lot of snacks that ended up taking up countertop space! We loved having the elevated pool for the younger kids and paid to have it heated because of the cool evening temperatures. There are plenty of deck chairs and seating around the pool and on the balconies. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the downstairs game room and used it a lot! Now for the most important thing – THAT BEACH! Being located right on the beach, away from all the large condos, made it perfect! We always plan our trips later in the season to avoid too many people and this area did just that. The access to groceries, liquor, ice cream, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, deep sea fishing and catamaran excursions was super close. The only other suggestion we would have is a place to leave the things we purchased for the next renters. We bought a pack n play, lawn chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, bogie boards etc. that we couldn't take with us and would have loved for the next family to get to enjoy them too! A huge thank you for such a wonderful home away from home. Lazy Coconut was by far the best beach house we have ever stayed in. We plan to be back soon!

Great House To Be Lazy

Although we couldn't check in until 445 due to a house that needed extra cleaning, Mitch & Christina were a pleasure to deal with. Not sure what happened to the all the dinnerware but they delivered more, so that we had enough for our party of 18. They were also very quick to fix the problem when we had an issue with one of the water heaters. Just a perfect house to visit and great staff to help us w/ minor problems. Two of our kids had to work a bit and found the 3rd floor sitting room perfect for privacy . Plenty of seating in the dining room for our gang. Bunk rooms were a hit for the grandkids. Nice to have an elevator also. The pool is elevated so you can see down to the Gulf of America when on the pool deck. All the houses nearby were below the dunes, so they couldn't see. Great to have the game area on the first floor for the rainy weather we had the first 2 days Would definitely stay here again ..

Excellent place to stay on the beach. There really were beds for 24 people! The grandchildren loved the bunk room. And the pool was a super hangout place. We were thankful for the elevator, but wished for a railing on the boardwalk. 2 refrigerators were wonderful as were the large dining table and kitchen island. We could have used a larger stove and a second dishwasher and secomd washer and dryer.

Great Pool and Great House

The Lazy Coconut was exactly as advertised- great. House was clean and we had no problems while we were there. The layout was very comfortable for our large group of 17 people (11 adults and 6 children). The pool was a much better benefit than expected- kids spent a lot of time in the pool in between trips to the beach. We also found that the A/C unit(s) in the house worked great, much better than some beach homes we have rented in the past, the house was always nice and cool. The only think that would have made it better was if it had a private beach; however, there was not too much beach pressure, and we were always able to get a spot close to the water every day. Location was convenient to PCB restaurants, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart because what trip to the beach is complete without a few trips to Wal-Mart. We had a great week at the beach and the Lazy Coconut was problem free making our vacation even more stress free.

Extended Famiky Vacation

Best vacation rental we've stayed in.

Christina, was at the rental when we arrived for check-in. She was beyond amazing and was a wealth of information. We saw enjoyed talking to her while we were waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. They were amazing as well. Kind and trying their best to finish up so that we could start our vacation. We were early to the rental, so it wasn't that they were behind, but did all they could to finish. The unit is amazing. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was fantastic and already heated for us, the walk to the beach was short, the size of the bedrooms was so impressive, and there's nothing else we could have asked for. We had an issue with the elevator while moving everything in and Christina and maintenance promptly showed up to help us. We had no further issues with it for the rest of the vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your rental. We can't wait to go back!

Fabulous Family Time!

This is the second year we have rented the Lazy Coconut because it’s big enough to house us all! We love this property. It is open and spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The walk down to the beach is short and sunsets on the back patio are amazing. The home is well equipped for cooking in which we did a good bit since we had so many with us. We had one maintenance issue and someone was there within a hour to fix it. Thanks for another awesome stay. We will definitely be back!

Great House

Wonderful property!

We had a total of 8 adults and 7 children (ages 9-16) staying at the Lazy Coconut. The house was so spacious, beds were comfortable, balconies were amazing, having the pool on the second floor was really nice because you could see the ocean while laying by the pool. The kids spent a lot of time swimming in the pool! Location of the property was convenient to a few restaurants, bars and shops (that we could walk to.) Loved having two refrigerators in the kitchen. The only thing really "missing" in the kitchen is a pantry, it would have been nice to be able to put all of our food away, but with so many people in the house, food took up a lot of floor and counter space. Five-star property; really hope we can stay again sometime!

A perfect beach week!

We (18 people ranging from 3 to 72 years old) had a wonderful week at the Lazy Coconut! The house was in great condition and accommodated everyone perfectly. The pool was greatly enjoyed by all and a highlight for the younger kids. The house is located in a quiet area, but close enough to anything you could need or want to do in PCB. We had an issue with the hot water heater going out one night, but we were back in business by the end of the next day. A great week and we hope to come back again at some point!

This house was so perfect for our family of 17!

Everything about the Lazy Coconut was perfect for our family of 17 people from the ages of 9 to 78! We loved that our pool was right off the living area, the 8 bedrooms provided large quiet spaces, the kids loved the game room, the dining room table was perfect for all of us to sit around to eat and to break apart for games, the living room also provided space for all to sit, the porch had enough of an overhang to watch the rain and the neighborhood was so quiet! Everything was clean when we arrived and it was easy to keep clean. We loved every minute of our stay.

Fabulous stay!!

Every year, Mimi and Grandad find a big beach house to accommodate our growing family. Ourselves, six grown and married children, and 10 grandchildren under the age of six fully enjoyed the use of the lazy coconut! The location was perfect, the pool was a great size and the deck area had chairs in the shade and in the sun to accommodate anyone who wanted to enjoy that area. Large gathering area, large kitchen, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and easy beach access right in front of us. We loved every second!

Amazing vacation rental in Panama City Beach, FL

Just spent one week in Panama City Beach, FL at the Lazy Coconut vacation home rental. It is an amazing rental that was home to our 21 family members. The home had everything we needed or wanted in a vacation home. Right on the beach and had a great private pool that was nice to have because of the double red flags a few days. We all can't wait to go back here again.

Perfect getaway

The house was, as advertised. The pool was heated and lovely, and even though it rained, it was still nice having the beach right outside the back door. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Fit!!!!

Our group was rather big but the Lazy Coconut was the perfect fit for us!!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom! Two living rooms and a game room provided enough area to spread out. The most spectacular thing though was the VIEW!! The sunsets from the pool deck were breathtaking! The property management was very helpful and accommodating, The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed to allow us to prepare meals. Checkout was easy and very clear to understand! We definitely recommend the Lazy Coconut!!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Our family of 12 (including 5 toddlers) started our vacation on SGI. Hurricane Idalia forced a mandatory evacuation and we needed to find a place asap to accommodate us. We vacation every year together and it usually takes us a while to find a house to meet all our needs, so having to find one last minute made us all apprehensive. We’ve rented before based on pictures and have been extremely disappointed. We found this place online and we liked what we saw so we quickly made the decision to book it. This was, by far, one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had, from the booking process through check out. The management company was incredible to work with. Given our circumstances with having to leave the island asap, and the fact that we had small children, they allowed us to check in early. This house was perfect in every way. It is beautiful - inside and out, in a great location, incredibly spacious, very clean and had everything we ever needed. I cannot say enough positive things. We made amazing memories here and it will forever go down as one of our most memorable and favorite vacations. I would recommend this management company and this house to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a fantastic family reunion/vacation at the Lazy Coconut! Warren Beach Rentals were awesome to work with! Great communication, quick to respond to questions, price was just as quoted! The home was amazing! Clean, well stocked and lots of room for our extended family to gather. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The game room on the first floor saw lots of action with cousins challenging each other to arcade games and ladder golf. The elevator was a huge plus for us with some littles and hauling stuff up and down. Check out was super easy! We will definitely be back to rent this wonderful home again! We highly recommended Warren Beach Rentals for your vacation needs.
