• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

The condominium was clean and bright, located in a great location.the only complaint, if you could call it that was the coffee maker was not in great shape. . I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for a great weekend!

Lots of things … parking was horrible we were blocked in by another car and contact someone and I’m still waiting for a response 2 days later… alot of things seem broken and had a big water leak from the furnace on the roof.. they got a hvac guy there but we were left to clean up all the water.. when we goth there the trash can up in the bathroom had trash still in it .. blinds were broken and a lot of the decorative pieces.. blinder was missing the lid

Filthy house upon arrival

The property was easy to get to and seemed to be in a decent area, not a far drive from downtown. The only positives I can give the house are the comfy beds and the fact that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beside that, the place needs some major improvements and cleaning. The floors were visibly filthy, there were dirty towels left laying in random places, tape on the cabinets from people hanging signs up previously. All the living room furniture was stained or broken. Closet doors off the hinges, stuff spilled on walls, the rooftop furniture is all broken as well as the cushions being moldy. The pictures are very deceiving and we were greatly disappointed in the condition of the property.

Communication could be a bit better; to get issues resolved I have to call the number, don't leave a message on the app. I think this was an automated system because nothing got resolved that way. Has alot of stairs, we ended up buying a gate to block the stairs since we had a curious 2-year-old, when I called, they said there was no safety gates to rent in this area but the app gave you the option to rent. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, seen a few bugs crawling in the kitchen area, empty beer cans on the roof, the rug in the living room was full of hair and an empty can of chew under the chair. Grill on room top needed attention, no vacuum or broom left out for the guest to use. Kitchen needs more cooking pans, only to large pans to cook with, no smaller pans nor cooking sheets for the oven.
