Best vacation rental yet

This is the best vacation property we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the whole family plus all the extra amenities we never had at any other rentals. We absolutely loved our stay. We’ve found our home away from home and will definitely mark this one for the next time we’re in FL.

Great Property

As indicated in the listing, the property has recently been renovated. As a result, it is very clean and in good shape. It is located in a quiet residential area close to a number of good places to eat. The pool was great and very warm. The outdoor grill and gazebo was a lot of fun. Cecile, the owner was very attentive and communicated well. We will rent again.

Great find

This is a clean, quiet, well-appointed getaway. The enclosed pool is the best feature of the house but the master suite is a close second. The house is very comfortable and easy to settle into.Cecile is a great host, quick to respond and very accommodating.The neighborhood is currently undergoing a fair amount of hurricane reconstruction but this house is secluded away from most of the noise and congestion. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Spacious and well cared for home. Highly Recommend!

Well cared for home, with lots of space. My children enjoyed the outdoor area and Pool, which was nice and warm, and very clean. We have vacationed in this area several times, both Summer Vacations and Spring Breaks. The beaches are typically a quick 15 minute drive with no traffic, but it was very busy during our Spring Break stay, with the drive taking quite a bit longer. That said, you will enjoy beautiful water views during your drive if choosing the Anna Marie Island route.Cecile was terrific and very easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay. We loved the home and very much the beach area, and hope to book this one again soon.

Wonderful property, spacious and attractive. Plenty of utensils, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, pots and pans, tupperware, seasonings, coffee and filters, as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper and kleenex, and even some drinks left in the bar refrigerator. All appliances functioned well and there were instructions for use where needed, including great TV options. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture, and the pool was clean and well warmed. I had a little difficulty figuring out the lockbox for the key, and had to access the vrbo account on our phones, because I hadn't got the owner's phone number before I got on the road driving. But we all had a great time and were impressed by this property.

It’s even better than they claim.

Great location in an older residential area so not all holiday makers. Felt very safe and Met friendly neighbours. The villa is enormous easily houses 8. Not really said in the advert, back garden and pool area are south facing, has sun all day. Pool is biggest we have had in any of our stays about 30 x 12 feet. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Great communication with Cecile especially as general area affected by hurricane Helene. Only an hour from Tampa airport, 10 minutes to Anna Maria island, 30 mins from UTC, 20 mins to Ellenton outlets, brilliant location. Highest recommendation I can give is, we will book again!!

Great house!

House was very spacious and clean. Beautiful pool. Furniture was very comfortable. Had most of the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc that you would need. Had beach chairs and a cooler available which came in very handy. Hostess was pretty responsive to my emails. Have some minor suggestions but won't mention them here. The only non-positive thing I will say though is regarding the tv...I found it difficult to figure out. There didn't appear to be regular cable. Had streaming services though if you have a subscription. Despite that, I would still stay here again and would definitely recommend!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation mit Cécile war wirklich einwandfrei und sie hat immer umgehend und hilfsbereit auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm. Die Wege kurz zu allem, was man braucht.
