Welcome to your salty escape where you are just minutes away from Anna Maria Island , Bradenton and Holmes Beaches, as well as famous Siesta Key! The open kitchen and dining area provide plenty of family space to cook and eat together. Enjoy relaxing in a screened-in pool or grilling in the privacy of a furnished and fully enclosed lawn.

This four bedroom oasis comfortably sleeps 8 with amenities including high speed internet, smart TV, keyless front door entry, and more!

Kids or even adults interested in attending a sports camp? We are located 7 minutes from the world renowned IMG Sports Academy.

Enjoy a convenient 5 minute drive to shopping malls, restaurants, museums, lakes, beaches, and nature preserves.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bath with both a walk in shower and cozy soaking tub. Custom closets provide enough room for all your belongings.

Bedroom 2 and 3 each include a Queen-size bed and custom closets. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids, furnished with a playful bunk bed.

The thoughtfully appointed kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker, coffee grinder, panini press, etc to serve all your cooking needs.

The open dining area seats 8 around an elegant dark wood table lit by a stunning chandelier. A small bar includes glasses and a few bartending tools to wind down your evening and accompany your meal.

We have provided each guest with a set of bath towels, pool/beach towels, additional set of bed linens, starter supply of dish washing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

We have made every effort to make your stay carefree and comfortable! Enjoy this amazing retreat and our great Florida weather!

The house and pool area were very clean and the kitchen well sticked with pots/pans and utensils. There were plenty of towels along with pool towels.

Great amenities in a great location.

Our family of seven enjoyed a week long stay after Christmas. The house was very clean and well stocked. Unlike many of the other vacation homes we have rented this property had plenty of the perishable items we usually end up having to purchase which was a nice bonus. It also provided lots of pool and sand toys. We loved the heated pool and enclosed pool area. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to make meals at the house. The location is perfect. Right between the two main routes out to Anna Maria Island and minutes to supermarkets, restaurants and Detwiler's (if you haven't been to Detwiler's Farm Market you need to go). The owner was easy to communicate with and very accomodating. This property is one we would stay at again.

Family Beach Vacay '24!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here very much! Location is very convenient to Anna Maria Island, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, anything you need is close by. The house is clean, well maintained, and large enough for our group of 7. The pool is great for relaxing in the evening or keeping the kids busy when we weren't at the beach. The host was helpful and easy to reach when I texted with a question. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Lovely

We went for Orioles Spring Training and the beach. This location is an easy drive to both. The beach is right across the bridge barring no traffic, it’s only 15 mins. Ed Smith Stadium is about 25-30 minutes and it’s mostly back roads. The house is renovated and the pool with the outside covering is super. Heated too which was really nice. The host was very responsive. We had very little issues and anything we did have was easily addressed. We would stay again.

Fantastic getaway

Spent a long weekend here with my teenage sons. Lots of space to spread out. The house was spotless. The boys loved the enclosed pool and the Roku television. We had easy access the beach and LECOM park, where we caught a couple baseball games. Convenient to multiple shopping and dining areas. Would highly recommend. I can’t wait to book again.

Excellent Host

We enjoyed our three week stay in Bradenton. Our host, Joelle, was attentive and quick to respond to all communications. She made every effort to insure that our vacation was wonderful and met our needs. The pool area was clean with plenty of furniture for lounging and eating meals. Weekly pool service left it warm(ish) and inviting. It was generally a relaxing space; occasionally outside noises ( nearby traffic and neighbors’ dogs) were distracting. The home was comfortable with a nice dining room table for eight ( important to me that we can all sit together for meals), four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The neighborhood was safe and enjoyable for daily walks. The house was conveniently located just over a mile from restaurants and grocery stores. While the kitchen was equipped with most of the items we needed, we occasionally had to be creative with the items available. ( With no large bowl, we served salad out of a large pot. ) A few suggestions were made to Joelle upon our departure. As accommodating as she was for us, I would bet she has already added these items to this home for her next guests. Joelle, thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Simple and Effective

My family (wife and 3 boys) stayed here from Minnesota for a week while we explored the beaches and what gulf side of Florida had to offer. It was perfectly located in between shopping and stores for necessities, and the gulf beaches. The pool was warm and cozy on the cool nights, the kids loved it! The property was perfect and not too much to keep you there, allowing to create an adventure in and around the area.

We cook a lot so could have benefited from more supplies/utensils in the kitchen. Home was lovely and clean. Also could have used more towels/washcloths and soap products as there was very little upon arrival. Host did offer to bring some by though. We are a family of 8 and we’re limited to one towel each unless we did laundry. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and appreciate allowing us to stay. Great communication.

Perfect for family

Beautiful home, very clean and tidy. Heated private pool was a favorite! Quick drive over the bridge to Anna Maria island’s beaches. Kitchen was well equipped and patio was nice for outdoor dining by the pool. Host was great. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Nice place to stay

The property was in a good location offering easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The house was very clean, nice furnishings, outstanding pool area, good kitchen. Recommend if you need to be in Bradenton. The host Joelle was great, very quick to respond to issues and was on top of whatever we needed.

Amazing stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 8! Four adults & 4 kids sleep comfortably. It was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool. The location was convenient to stores, shopping & several beaches. Definitely will recommend this property to everyone!

Beautiful Property

Home was nice, lots of room. Pool was awesome the kids enjoyed esp after a long day on the water. We had a great stay. Close to everything 10 min ride to the water. Hist was great!!!
