Village on Aurora sits in downtown's entertainment district, so you may hear music or events nearby. A performing arts studio occupies the main floor — classes end by 9 PM and the building is well soundproofed. Park in a designated guest space behind the building; the spaces under the owl mural are reserved for the studio.
