DETAILS: Beach Bungalow is a charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome that sleeps 10 in Miramar Beach—a lively beach town tucked between Destin and Scenic 30A! This beachfront property offers incredible Gulf views with beach access literally off the back deck. Guests will love the proximity to local shops and restaurants, as well as the outdoor shower, separated deck with loungers, and a covered picnic area.

On the first floor of this 2-story townhome, subtle beachy décor creates an air of lightness and relaxation in the great room, where tile flooring and a gorgeous wall of windows provide an inviting atmosphere. In the living area, a linen couch is surrounded by armchairs and extra seating for socializing with friends or family. Sliding glass doors lead to the stunning beachfront deck with incredible views—just a few steps from the Gulf— with 2 matching loungers for private sunbathing. Back inside, the dining area has a round table with 4 chairs and a 2-person bench on one side to gather around for dinner and conversation. The adjacent kitchen presents a contrasting aesthetic to the living area with dark-colored cabinetry and countertops while providing all the necessary amenities, including stainless steel appliances and a 2-stool breakfast bar. Guests will appreciate the laundry room on this floor for easy clean-up of wet beach clothes and towels and a half bath.

The second floor of this townhome houses 3 comfortable bedrooms—2 guest bedrooms with king beds and 1 guest bedroom with 2 double beds—all with private bathrooms. For added convenience, there is an additional living space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful duplex. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear. No spices, so bring your own. View is wonderful. It would have rated 5 stars, but the upstairs AC was not working for part of the visit. Because the windows did not open, the bedrooms got quite warm. Repairmen arrived as we were departing, so should be fine for next guest. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for: fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and even bikes!

Miramar beach stay

Just steps to the beach. The view and the beach access was so much more than we expected. The home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We did have a problem with the WI-FI but 360 Blue promptly sent someone to check it. It truly was a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Just perfect

It was a great location with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed. The only issue was the sliding door onto the deck was very hard to open and close.

Perfect house for us!!

We loved the house! Great location, plenty of space, beautiful decor, spotless. Stayed with kids and grandkids and couldn’t have been happier. Will likely be our new go-to spot. Communication and amenities with 360 Blue could not have been better.

Beautiful Getaway

Everything was a described. Me and my wife had a great time on her birthday. It was February and it was mostly in the low 60's so we mostly hung out on the beach. I really enjoyed riding the beach cruiser up and down the beach and the closeness of all the shopping. This was our 1st time in Destin and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

This location is absolutely perfect. It does have a private beach access but the only bad thing is, we had so many random people walk through because it was convenient for them to get to the beach. When I called the manager it did get better.

Just What We Needed

The house was beautiful and the views and beach did not disappoint. You’re located near everything you could need for your stay. There was one set of blinds we couldn’t get to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. 360 Blue checked in on our stay and if you do have an issue or concern they are extremely quick to respond. We will definitely book here again and recommend for families or friends. We did use some of their suggested services and everything was setup and completed without issue.

Family getaway

Wonderful location!!!! Just what we wanted right on beach. House nice and comfortable, had concerns when we found no upstairs windows opened. Would be a real issue if there was a fire. Bicycle tires flat. Smoke alarm in kitchen kept going off. Dryer very slow to dry clothes

Beautiful house

Check in was disappointing. So excited when we got there and could not get in the door. The door lock was not working with the codes they gave us. Had to wait over an hour before we could get in. The house was beautiful!! Loved the location. Everything you need for cooking!! Curtains kept falling but I am sure they will get that fixed. Everything looked very new.

Family wedding trip

The house was well situated for our group of 6 older family members attending a family wedding in the vicinity. However, the fact that the stovetop does not function and we had to go to the adjoining unit to cook was a huge hassle. The broken AC was not really an issue for us as the weather was cool anyway. We were told though that the windows would open, and none of them do. In fact the handles were broken on every one we tried. Again, it turned out not to be an issue. However, the tv was not working in one of the bedrooms as well. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable beds, very up to date in decor. And having the beach view was fantastic.

Multiple Issues

Overall, it's a very nice property but we dealt with internet and cable issues for the majority of our stay. Technicians were in the house with us for two days all afternoon trying to troubleshoot and fix the issues. They were very nice, but that's not what you want on a football weekend. Also, the bikes desperately needed attention, including air in the tires and oil on the chains as they were difficult to pedal. Lastly, the upstairs windows would not open and that would have been nice to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the gulf. The property manager was attentive, but when I shared these issues with Customer Service they didn't seem to be concerned.

Great location and house, but we had some issues

Lovely property. Perfect location, right on the beach. The house was clean, but as others said, windows upstairs did not open. The house was not stocked with with any laundry detergent pods, no dish sponge or dish washer soap. The washer and dryer took an insane amount of time to complete loads. The wifi wasn’t working the entire time we were there, only the tv plugged directly into the router. This was the biggest complaint. After letting them know the morning after our arrival, and having to follow back up with them, it was never fixed. There was no communication after they came out…they said they did but we never actually saw them we saw a 360 rep in the adjoining and let him know, he said they were aware of the problem. Lack of communication. The whole time we had 7 kids and no wifi. Very frustrating in the evenings.
