The heart of the home is the open living space upstairs, featuring a comfortable couch, a flat screen Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six and cleverly doubles as a ping-pong table, making it easy to transition from dinner to friendly competition without skipping a beat.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation, offering king-size beds with luxury linens, individual mini-split systems, electric fireplaces, and Smart TVs. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor, along with a full bathroom and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with multiple spaces to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Sip your morning coffee at the bistro table, fire up the five-burner propane grill for an evening barbecue, or unwind in a second seating area while watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Downstairs, you’ll find the hot tub and additional seating, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with mini split air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles.

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001552

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. Those under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
