Relax and have lots of fun building memories with your family & friends in a spectacularly themed villa with 8 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms that can sleep up to 22 guests. Enjoy your own private south-facing swimming pool or relax in your own hot tub after a long tiring day of fun! The Villa is located just 10 minutes south of Disney World in a 5-star gated community Windsor at Westside. An extraordinary 10,000 sq ft clubhouse is the centerpiece and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide.

THE SPACE:
The Magical Villa offers a living room with a large flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for your everyone to gather together. Enjoy home cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. In the dining area, there is a dining table with seating for 10, and additional barstools for seating.

The themed rooms offer kids the ability to immerse themselves with their favorite characters from Avengers, Frozen and Paw Patrol! Mini Elsa’s and Anna’s can run across the drawbridge between beds! The Star Wars game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with entertainment with a foosball table, pinball machine and a multi-arcade with 100's of arcade games. There’s also a pool table, foosball for the adults!

But, there is more entertainment! The pool area comes with a very private, fully screened-in pool with a spillover spa, child safety fence, sun loungers, patio furniture, and a table with seating for 10 if you prefer to dine outside, or enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Villa is located just 10 minutes south of Disney World in a 5-star gated community Windsor at Westside, which features all the popular resort amenities of Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms, AND more! An extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide. The Tiki Bar serves both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. There is also be a fitness center, with all of the latest in cardio and strength building equipment. Volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts enhance the amenity offerings at Windsor at Westside. A sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade. Windsor at Westside is also a secured gated community to ensure the safety for guests and homeowners alike.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access to the entire house, including the fenced back patio/pool areas. The front door has an electronic lock, and you will be provided the code before check-in.

We provide a limited starter supply of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to buy more depending on the length of your stay.

Guests should be aware that is a floodlight camera facing the driveway and a ring doorbell camera at the front door. These are for your protection; if you tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Pool heating is available extra for $40 per day, must request at least 48 hours prior and for entire duration (total nights) of your stay. Pool heating works through heat exchange and may not function when weather near 65F and below temperatures, this is not a mechanical issue but how the technology works. Note that no reimbursements or refunds are provided for pool heating as it is best effort conditional on weather. Pool heating is recommended between Oct 1 and April 30.

Free parking is available, and there is space for about 2 cars in the driveway and first come, first serve street parking.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them. HOUSE RULES:

The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code before check-in.

The spa is for guests 25 years old and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the spa. You are not allowed to use the spa if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. The spa runs in 1 hour increments and is controlled by separate spa and heat buttons. Use the spa at your own risk.

There is a community pool managed by the Windsor at Westside Resort club. You are not allowed to use the pool if you have consumed alcohol. Use pool at your own risk.

Garbage must be placed in 13 gallon bags and placed in the trash bin on pedestal located at right corner of the garage. If any loose trash or trash not in 13 gallon bags then there will be an additional collection fee.

There are bunk beds in some bedrooms. Guests agree to use at their own risk and owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring.

No pets at any time. There will be a $1000 penalty and immediate eviction.

No parties allowed.

No smoking inside house. Smoking outside is okay, however, please properly dispose of cigarette buds and do not throw on the ground. There will be $500 penalty fee for smoking inside.

We do not send maintenance to the house during your stay, only after you depart.

We do not refund for weather/natural disasters/power outages/neighborhood noise and other things beyond our control. We recommend purchasing travel insurance should something unexpected require cancelling your trip for any reason.
