Fully renovated home in Boynton Beach just between Delray Beach's famous Atlantic Avenue & West Palm Beach's nightlife. This home is easy to get to off of 95 and is spacious and private. Great for a girl's weekend, family vacations, or a couple looking for some private time. This house is kid friendly and great for long- term stays!

beach pass and free parking. Walk to dinner and enjoy drinks waterfront at Prime Catch or walk to Sweetwater restaurant!

Just the getaway I needed!!

This home was perfect for the weekend I was looking for to kick off birthday!! Quiet, spacious and PRIVATE!! Close to so many different places... most were literally only a 10 minute ride away. They supplied everything we could or would need (Btw, you may need to refill some of the spices, sorry). The back yard lounge area with a pool was perfect for a nice night in. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool. Our fault! There just wasn't enough time in the day. But I wished we had.The hosts were extremely nice, helpful and responded almost immediately if I reached out. I honestly have no negative feedback to give. Next time we visit BB, I will be looking to stay there again.

Good for extended stays.

The house, pool and yard feel brand new. Everything was very comfortable and well-supplied with what longer-term guests would want. The neighborhood seems to be made up of modest homes, well-cared for by working people. We liked it.

Great Updated rental

The house was completely renovated, clean and well stocked. The bonus is the large backyard with heated saltwater pool and Beach passes included ! This is the premier house of the neighborhood and close to grocery store, beach and restaurants.

Quick Get-Away

Although we were only at the house a few days, we found it very comfortable and in excellent condition, especially the pool area! The neighborhood was slightly on the loud side while in the pool, as there must be a fire station nearby. But with that said, we were still able to relax and recharge in the sun. They had a lot of supplies at the house already (garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc) which was very nice and unexpected. On numerous occasions, they asked if we needed anything (including before we arrived). Jen and Brian were kind enough to let us check in early which we truly appreciated! All in all, it was a nice place to stay with caring and conscientious owners. Definitely would recommend.

Snowbird rental 24'

We rent places all over the world and I have to tell you I have never seen a cleaner home then this both in and out. Totally renovated space 6min. to beaches and Atlantic Ave. The hosts Brian & Jen good not have been more attentive and accommodating. Always just a phone call away if needed. Great relaxing trip in a salt water pool oasis...!!!!!

Perfect stay!

Great stay. House came with everything we could need and was super clean. Had a relaxing girls trip weekend. The beach pass and parking was a huge plus and much appreciated for a very busy beach day!! Thank you Jen and Brian!!

Feb stay in Boynton

Owners were excellent and highly responsive. House exactly like it was pictured and everything was in working order. Pool was very nice private and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet but a bit scruffy.

This home is a one floor plan- easy for Snowbirds coming down for winter or for families with young children! It is cozy, relaxing, & private!

When booking this home, you will receive a FREE parking space (0ur other location) at the beach in Delray (15 mins away) & a complimentary 2 chair/1 umbrella pass for our guests. Once you park you will be 200 steps from the ocean. You can also leave your car parked at our unit and venture down to Atlantic Avenue for the day for drinks and lunch or dinner! We also gift you a gift card for one night's dinner or lunch.

The home is located within walking distance to Prime Catch (The best restaurant on the water in Boynton Beach) and the amazing Sweetwater Restaurant knows for their amazing food and craft drinks.
