The property was clean and comfortable. The one thing of note is the bathroom is small. The shower would be difficult to accommodate anyone over 200lbs. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book another stay if heading that way!

Nice patio to relax on. Had A/C in every room which was fantastic. Street parking available for extra guests. Decent amount of found options within walking distance.

It was a delightful base for exploring around Burlington. I loved the historic neighborhood and the apartment was great. I do wish there had been a tea kettle.

Convenient Apartment in Winooski

The older home is located in a quiet neighborhood with the exception of noise from planes landing at the Burlington airport. Location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants in downtown Winooski. Window unit a/c worked well. Easy check-in: The 2nd floor apartment is accessed from the back of the house using a keypad to enter the kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. Ample closet space with hangers; Beds are comfy.Bathroom has been redone and is nice; tub is no longer there. Drawback - the shower is narrow and could be challenging for larger people.

Great Stay!

My friend and I had a wonderful visit. The property was clean and the directions we were given by the host were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% recommend staying at this property and any other property with this host.

Older unit in downtown Winooski

Older property centrally located in Winooski. Super clean. 2nd floor unit. Bathroom shower super small but had good amount of warm water. Heater in living room very hot, dry heat and made it uncomfortable to be in although you can easily turn it off. Floors uneven which made me feel unsteady but hushed was ok. Major complaint was lack of coffee pot, although had one shot and French press. Overall ok stay. Probably better during summer for it had a nice outdoor porch that would be nice to see on.

Perfect for our first night in Vermont

Super cute and very clean!! Nice neighborhood and within a 10 minute drive to Lake Champlain. The outdoor deck was nice. It was the perfect place for us and our friends. Loved it!!

VT Vacation Views

This was one of the best vacations I have had with my 3 sisters! Every summer we go somewhere together. This apartment was soooo much better than a hotel room! We enjoyed many leisurely breakfasts in the kitchen, long nights chatting in the living room and wonderful nights on comfy beds! The location is so convenient to downtown Burlington and many lovely restaurants. A day on Lake Champlain and a ride around the islands were very enjoyable. Errin is a great host and her rental is perfect for a group of friends or two couples. The cost is amazingly reasonable. We will be back and share this place with our friends!

Very nice

Apartment was great. Easy checkin, very clean and updated. Erin was a great host and was very responsive when I messaged her. I wasn’t happy with area but that’s my fault and could have done more research prior. There was an army base near by and jets taking off each morning was super loud. Other than that the space was great.

Clean and cozy

We were very impressed by the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed taking the short walk every day to downtown and the river walk. We would definitely start again.
