Lleno de insectos y Precios! 20 yardas a la góndola Plaza ascensor!

La flor de la nieve se encuentra en la base de esquí de clase mundial, senderismo y ciclismo de montaña en la estación de esquí Steamboat. La flor de la nieve es el secreto mejor guardado de Steamboat. El condominio es de 1,050 pies cuadrados, duerme cómodamente de 4 a 6 personas y se ha pintado recientemente con una alfombra. Se completó un renovación exterior en diciembre de 2015 a la flor de la nieve y de esta planta baja, dos dormitorios, dos baños se encuentra dentro de un corto paseo de 20 yardas para el ascensor Gondola Square.

La cocina está justo al lado de la entrada y está totalmente equipada con todas sus necesidades de cocina; nuevo lavavajillas, cocina / horno y microondas diciembre de 2018. Tenemos juegos de mesa, rompecabezas, un reproductor de DVD y wifi de golf. Un ascensor se encuentra en la entrada de la planta baja del edificio, adyacente son lavadoras y secadoras que funcionan con monedas y un carrito de supermercado. El mercado y delicatessen ciruelo silvestre se encuentra al otro lado de la calle de la flor de la nieve en el edificio Highmark.

Relajarse en la piscina climatizada y jacuzzi después de un día de diversión en la montaña y la ciudad. Un céntrico chimenea común de estar / vestíbulo tiene un ordenador, TV, películas de préstamo y bebidas calientes en el invierno.

Ningún coche, no se preocupe. Un corto paseo le lleva a la zona de restaurantes y tiendas de base. También la parada de autobús y GRATIS Steamboat Springs se encuentra a las afueras de la flor de la nieve. Disfrutar de un acceso rápido y fácil de ir de compras o comer el centro en el autobús gratuito.

Mardi Gras ski trip

Cozy condo with mountain view and short walking distance to the mountain base and grocery next door. Very easy to get in and out of and covered parking. We enjoyed are stay so much that we will be back!

Perfect skiers home base

Condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was as convenient as could be for ski trip, in every way. It was also a very good value.

Perfect location, great place!

This place is managed by real people (not a property management company) It has real furniture and the kitchen is well stocked with good silverware and cookware. It is minutes away from the gondola and we couldn't have asked for a better, nicer place to stay. I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at the Snow Flower. Great location, right next to gondola and all the ski action. Also loved the Wild Plum Market right across the street. The bus made it easy to go anywhere. Perfect spot!

Wonderful Condo and Stay

This was such a great condo, better than expected. The hosts were so helpful when we wanted to check in early. They were so nice and answered any questions in timely manner. We loved the layout of condo and the location could not be better- our 3 year old could walk with his boots on right to Wild Blue Gondola. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, great price, clean, comfortable

This is our second time at Steamboat and we stayed at another location a little further away from the slopes last time. We couldn't believe we found such a nice place for an affordable price this time even closer to the slopes. Perfect size for a family of 4.

Can’t beat the location

Property has everything you need to have an easy stay near the resort. Easy 2 minute walk to the gondola, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Amenities were as stated. I would recommend for a hassle free trip.

Great place, great location!

Great location! The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of pans and accessories:). We cooked in all the nights except for one. Pool is heated and my teenager boys loved the pool:).

Comfortable and well-situated condo.

Was a perfect stay for some skiing between Christmas and New Years'. Super convenient 5 minute walk to the gondola, rentals, and mountain village restaurants. Great (if overpriced) gourmet market and liquor store on the corner, but easy access to the larger grocery store as well. New appliances, comfy bedding/towels, really great place, thanks!

Outstanding Location Steps From Gondola

We had a great time at Rick's condo over the holidays. Walking distance to everything, indoor parking, fully equipped apartment. Rick was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Truly an outstanding value at Steamboat.

Perfect place! The location is unbeatable! Walking distance to slopes, Wild Plum Grocery Store right next door and bus stop to downtown on other corner! Condo is nice, clean, furnished well with a lot of room! Owners were great! Answered any questions immediately!!

Stayed in Feb 2021. The property manager arranged for parking for me for an early arrival, which gave me an extra powder day! The condo is very nice. Updated appliances and comfy furniture.

A Steamboat Getaway Awaits

The standout feature of this condo is it's location and walking-distance proximity to the base area. I enjoyed the layout of the unit, and the mountain view from the terrace was gorgeous. New appliances in the kitchen were a joy to cook with. The room was clean enough and no-frills rather than luxurious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location as pictured.

Check in was easy and unit was as described Note: if you are in shower and someone flushes toilet the cold water goes away. We would have appreciated a few more washcloths as only one per guests was provided for a five night stay. The code quit working it took two hours but the host was quick to respond. Unit was great location, very clean and host were quick to respond to questions.

Best Location

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We were blessed with a wonderful snowy weekend. The accommodations were cozy and the perfect size. We really appreciated the instant FIRE in the fireplace! Also it was very convenient to have enough supplies: ie: toilet paper, paper towels, also snacks upon arrival. Walking distance from lifts and reastaurants.! We will be back. Thank you!

Great ski house

The condo is extremely convenient (short walk) to the Gondola, to the buses to/from town, and to the Wild Plum mart that has everything one might need from breakfast through late nite. The unit is quite spacious, has the shortest walk to the gondola of any unit in the condo complex, everything worked, it was clean, there was easy access to indoor parking on the ground floor, and we used the hot tub and pool after skiing every day. This will definitely be our first choice of accommodation when we return to ski at Steamboat. The snow was great too during our visit. Such a good trip.

Great setup, Rick was awesome

Stayed at Rick's place mid-week for winter mountain activities, and it did not disappoint. As others have mentioned, it is about a 3 minute walk to gondola square, so the convenience was quite good. Since some of the previous reviews, he has done some nice upgrades to the place, and we felt it was a very good value based on this and the location. We had a minor issue with the fireplace, and Rick came over quickly to resolve the problem (and we got to meet him in person). Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

Great location, skimpy on the amenities.

The location was awesome to walk to the gondola, the place was clean. Compared to all my other VRBO experiences, I was disappointed though. The lack of amenities made it less comfortable. There were not enough towels, no paper towels, no bath mats, a loud drippy shower, and a lack of little things, like hand soap. It was fine for the weekend, but I won't be staying here in the future.

Thank you for your review, glad to hear that you were pleased with the location of our condo and close proximity to the gondola. We are aware of the drippy tub spout and are waiting on the plumber to come and fix the issue. We provide one bath towel per guest and one pool towel, with our goal to be as eco friendly as possible. We apologize for the lack of paper towels and the hand soap inadvertently being refilled. We offer reduced prices in comparison to other base area condominiums therefore we do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. We do take pride in our rentals and do write in each communication, email, welcome book, to please call us if any questions or issues arise. We live less than a mile from the condo and are always available to be of assistance. Thanks, Rick
