2 blocks to beach, spacious, spread out, 2 BR
Beach vacation in a peaceful neighborhood! Walk 2 blocks down a tree lined, residential street to the beach, boardwalk and Ventnor Fishing Pier (indoor bathrooms!). Markets and restaurants are walkable from house, including the fabulous Farmer's Market on Fridays. 2 BR, 1 bath, Master with queen, TV, walk-in closet and backyard views of sunset. 2nd BR w/ 2 twin beds. Central air. Big grass backyard with grill and furniture, 2 outdoor showers. This is the upstairs unit. I am the owner and use the downstairs unit as a vacation home. I'm available to help with anything, and local contacts if I am not around. We tend to use our front porch when we have guests in the back. See the endless activities below!
Details:
The neighborhood is more residential, making street parking easy. A small car can fit in the driveway.
The apartment is sunny, the front LR and back BR feel nestled in the trees. Everyone says it looks best in person. There are 2 new smart TVs. Internet and Youtube TV to stream with.
From the back of the house are steps to the second door. That is the entrance to the stairway upstairs. The master bedroom is then to the left and overlooks the backyard. A long hall has a bathroom on left, 2nd bedroom on the right. The kitchen is also off the hall. Kitchen is L shaped with the refrigerator and washer/dryer around the corner. Sounds odd but is quite conveniently set up. Fully stocked with serving and cooking supplies. Two Queen sheet sets, 1set of sheets for each twin and 4 towel sets, 4 beach tags included.
The Living room is in the front of the house. Big walk in closet there with extra dining chairs, coffee table. The sectional has a pullout ottoman for TV watching and is then queen bed size. The blinds in that room and the bedrooms can be fully light blocking for sleep.
Endless Activities on the Island:
Atlantic City is a 10 minute drive away with the Steel Pier carnival rides, the soon-to-open Island Waterpark at the Showboat, and top notch dining. Walking distance activities include local restaurants, (with bars, or BYOB) and the charming restored Ventnor Movie Theater. The popular surfers beach and beach volleyball is next to the Pier. Miniature golf, paddle board, a bayside waterpark, are a short drive in Margate. Check out the Ventnor tennis, pickleball and beach volleyball courts. Local wine shops have tastings on most weekends.

We use the downstairs unit as a vacation home and live a short hour away in Philadelphia. I am always available to help, and have local contacts for emergencies. I love this house so much I want to share it - sharing helps me afford it too. Beach houses are expensive to maintain, but worth it!

We fell in love with Ventnor on our first visit. It has a laid back, friendly vibe you will feel right away. Ventnor has a large year round population also, which adds to its' charm. It is just a few blocks to great restaurants and markets. The 2 local wine shops have regular tastings!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our property borders the historic St. Leonard's tract. Our immediate neighborhood has relatively few rental units, and tree lined streets unlike other beach towns. That makes parking easy. You can also walk to anything you need! The grass backyard is great for kids wiffleball, a cookout, or quiet relaxation.
