We do not live on site but we are nearby and are always available if needed.

This is a rural area. The drive and all parking areas are cement. Four wheel or AWD may be necessary in winter months.

Welcome to The Little Lodge—a beautifully designed 1,300 sq. ft. retreat where cozy charm meets modern comfort. With soaring wood ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout, this space feels special the moment you walk in.
The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and everything you need to create memorable meals—including oils, spices, bakeware, cookware, mixer, blender, toaster, and more. The breakfast counter seats two and features a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your morning ritual. A large custom oak dining table seats six, making it the perfect place to gather and connect. You’ll also find a new laundry center in the kitchen—detergent included!
The spacious living room invites you to settle in and relax with oversized leather furniture, a 65" 4K smart TV, a built-in bar, and a full-size pool table for a little friendly competition.
Step outside and enjoy the covered porch with plush seating—perfect rain or shine. Fire up the gas grill (propane provided), roast marshmallows around the stone fire pit, or soak in the brand-new six-person hot tub while catching the game on the outdoor TV. You’ll also find a ping pong table, cornhole boards, and plenty of space to play and unwind.
Bedroom 1 features two queen beds, a 40" 4K smart TV, room-darkening blinds, and a private en suite bathroom with a tiled shower.
Bedroom 2 includes a king-size bed, another 40" 4K smart TV, and a full bathroom just steps away.

Whether you’re spending the day exploring Mohican or never leaving the property, The Little Lodge is full of spaces that turn simple moments into something a little more memorable.

This is a rural property. We are within easy driving distance from Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails Ski Lodge, Amish country, and more.

There are two separate JJB Getaways properties located on this 10-acre parcel. Each rental has its own private driveway, outdoor living areas, and clearly defined yard space, sharing only a small portion of the entrance. Both homes operate independently and can be booked together or separately.
Looking for more space? The second rental sleeps up to 20 guests and features its own private pond—perfect for larger groups, family reunions, or wedding weekend gatherings. If you're interested in adding the second home to your reservation, just reach out!
