Unit 404 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square foot condo on the 4th floor. You will love the Spring 2025 upgrades – updated kitchen, new appliances, new lighting and LVP flooring throughout. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The large gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with custom walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has new queen beds and adjoining bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The day bed by the kitchen includes 2 twin beds. After a full day on the beach, relax in 2 comfortable living room recliners while watching the new 65” smart television. Unit occupancy is 8 people.

We have always had a wonderful experience in any unit we have rented there, and this past week was no exception. Unit 404 was decorated nicely and had all amenities we could ask for. Don't Take a condo by the elevators!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, attractive and amply furnished. A few "necessities" were missing or in short supply from the kitchens (we also stayed a month in 902) like knife sharpeners, working corkscrew and dish towels. The staff were each and every one pleasant and helpful, but we did not like the fact that there is no full-time security in the off season. Early on, we had a serious noise issue involving extremely loud music on the balcony side, and the telephone security person accepted an explanation that was obviously untrue. The elevator thing is that one of the elevators is very noisy and the noise permeates the entire condo. The last few days we were there someone started using the elevators repeatedly at 6:00 AM. Also, is trash collection at 4:30 AM really necessary?! BEEP BEEP BEEP WHAM BANG and repeat repeat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was rude and very unprofessional. I asked for a trash bag and the lady at the front desk told me that was my responsibility. I can understand that, but for $352 a night you though they could give me one to get by until I could get tot he store, guess that isnt in there budget. There are non smoking signs around the pool which I understand and respected so I went out by the fence away from everyone else. Management came out and told me it was a non smoking facility and I would be fined if caught smoking again. understood. but they need the same rules for there employees as they do there guests. I went to the pool bathroom once and there maintenance guy was in the bathroom dumping paint down the toilet and smoking in the bathroom. I went to management and said something. All they told me is they cant watch everyone. I decided to stay an extra night since the weather was going to be nice, went to the office to see if room was available, it was, I asked for a discount and again management was very rude. I will never spend another dime with this property.

Great time at Coral reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was fantastic it let our needs perfect. Everything was very clean and it was close to the elevator which was a plus. Only suggestion I have is it would have been nice to have bars in the shower to hold on to because the shower floors were slippery and we had to put towels down to stand down so we would not slip. Other than that everything was fantastic & the kitchen was well equipped.
