The Space:
Our condo sits two blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and one block from some of the most incredible restaurants and shops! Traverse City & our surrounding area offers so many wonderful activities, such as: endless beaches to explore, local farmers markets, wine tours of both Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula, The Sleeping Bear Dunes, many beautiful golf courses, Film Festival & Cherry Festival, spas, boat rentals & catamaran trips, breweries, and so much more! Walk through the beautiful Victorian neighborhoods and you're at numerous shops and restaurants. Or jump on the nearby TART Trail for active guests looking for a place to bike, walk, or run!

Walking into our condo building and up one flight of stairs, you will find our unit door for an easy check in. Once inside the unit you will be greeted with lots of natural light, a gas fireplace, cozy living room with large leather couches, and our one of two private balcony overlooking F&M Park.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs! Dishwasher, laundry and bath soaps, paper products and coffee are all provided to get you through the first days of your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

The living room offers a Roku TV for the streaming of your choosing. Up the stairs leading to the bedroom level, you will find two queen bedrooms, both with a private en suite. Both bedrooms offer a tv for streaming, tub/shower combos, large closets, and one bedroom offering the second private balcony overlooking F&M Park!

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1- 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2- 1 Queen bed

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Limit: four guests. Please, no pets or commercial vehicles or trailers in the designated parking space. The balcony and common areas should be kept clear of personal belongings. There is a bike rack on condo property.

Guest Access:
The entire condo.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
