This spacious and comfortable two bedroom two bathroom, second row, second floor, oceanview, Pier Pointe West condominium named "Totally Beachin" is just steps away from the beach, pool, tennis courts, biking/running path and more. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails, relaxing on the oceanside deck. Quality, family time is made simple, with the open floor plan sweeping from the dining room to living room to fully equipped kitchen.

~1150 Sq Ft, two bedroom two bathroom beachside, the second-floor condo is a perfect place to enjoy time with family, and friends, or even a special occasion. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: 1 Full Bed and 1 Full Trundle

Home Amenities: Flat screen Smart TV's in each room. Oceanside porch for relaxing. Upgraded WiFi. Ample seating for relaxing and enjoying meals.

Kitchen: Well stocked. Dishware, flatware, cooking and baking utensils, 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

General: Central A/C and heating. Reverse osmosis water system and water softener. Stack washer and dryer in hallway closet (BYOS, Bring Your Own Soap). Bath towels provided. Bed linens, with beds made upon arrival. A starter pack of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trashbags) will get you through the first night or two.

Wifi: Upgraded WiFi, 250+ mbps

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.

Pool: Available May - October (closing dates are determined based on staffing and weather). Code is provided to pool in the welcome book located inside the property.

On-Premise Amenities: Tennis Courts, 2 Pools, Trash Disposal, Picnic Tables, Charcoal Grills (3 just by the condo), first come, first serve, and self-cleanup after use.

No Smoking, of any kind, inside the condo or on the decks.

No Pets

Not beachfront but close to the beach. You have an obstructed view of the ocean. The property itself is nice and well equipped but if you prioritize cleanliness and customer service, I would stay elsewhere. Was ignored for a whole day upon arriving and finding many cleanliness issues. They offered to come clean the place after we were there 2/4 nights of our stay. I declined as my infant daughter has allergies and didn't want her exposed to the chemicals DURING our stay. Would never stay at another property managed by sun surf reality.
Trash bag right at the front door!
Cigarette butts that my daughter stumbled upon on the non smoking property

Property and pool very clean. Condo could have been cleaner. Two puncture wounds on feet due to wire trash on dining room floor. Dryer did not dry clothes. Bath keys food not work.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. It was our first trip to Emerald Isle and loved it! The host was very responsive. We hope to return soon.

Great Stay in EI

This is a great place to stay in Emerald Isle. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is steps away from both a beautiful, wide beach and a great pool (one of two on the property). You can't go wrong with this one.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our week at Pier Pointe West even though it rained at some point every day and was very windy due to Hurricane Debby! It was a great location. Close by are restaurants, movie theatre, aquarium, putt putt, grocery stores.

Great Location!

This lovely condo was exactly as described and just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay...plenty of towels and all the kitchen gadgets. We were three sisters on a quick beach getaway and it was a perfect fit. One thing to note: the second bedroom has a trundle bed (which is stated on the website description) which would work great for kids sharing a bedroom, but probably would not work for an adult. It was not an issue for us, just a heads up ;) Communications with the host were easy and with quick responses. Couldn't have asked for better!
