Sea Cabana-Family Beach House 200ft to the Sound and 900ft to the Beach

Relax with the whole family at this classic 3 bedroom 2nd row sound side home. Sea Cabana offers the best of sound and ocean. 2 public beach accesses 900 ft (3 min walk) to the beach. 2 sound accesses just across the street. 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa make the house ideal for 4-8 guests. Front deck has Adirondack chairs and out back enjoy the furnished screened in porch. Raised home offers plenty of space for boat parking and is located less than a mile from the public boat launch.
A beach wagon, cooler, light weight low sitting beach chairs, boogie boards, and kayaks provided. Please return in condition received.
Home access requires stairs.

Pros: Great location to the beach whether walking or driving. We didn't really visit the sound, so I can't comment on that. The house was clean and fit our needs for our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.The use of beach equipment was great as we didn't have to bring beach chairs on our 10 hour drive. Host responded promptly to messages. Cons: It was very hot/humid and the bugs were out in full force, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside as much as I would have liked to. There was no toaster, which made breakfast for the littles difficult.

Absolutely amazing trip! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The beach wagon was so handy to have! The location of the house is great! Super short walk to the sound and not far at all to a beach access. We were able to bring our boat, which was a must for us! Can’t recommend this house enough!

Perfect location in Emerald Isle

Our family vacation in Sea Cabana was awesome! The place was in the perfect spot, right by the sound and a quick walk to the beach. We brought our boat with is. The location was perfect since it was about a mile to the boat ramp. I would definitely recommend!

Great spot for our family vacation! Nice and quiet location, short beach walk and enjoyed the provided wagon and beach toys. Kayak on the bay in the late evening and early am was so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location, ease to sound side/beach, and very clean and comfy home! Everything we needed and family enjoyed every moment. Owner was very helpful and made the check in process a breeze. Would surely stay again!

Very happy with our stay!

Cottage was clean and well kept. We loved the kayaks! Short walk to the beach was made even easier by the provided cart. The owner was excellent with communication. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend this rental to friends and family!

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle! The house was very conveniently located close to the beach, the sound, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and the owners went above and beyond on providing supplies. We will definitely be back!

Cute getaway

This place was great. Clean, great amenities. I’m pretty sure we used them all. Quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. It was also nice to be close enough to stores and such that we could ride our bikes to a lot. Communication with property host was great as well. Definitely would recommend.

Peaceful & Scenic

We recommend this vacation home highly! Host was very prompt and professional with all communications, very easy to work with. Home is in a very nice, super quiet little shady area across the street from the sound. A full 3 beds and 2 baths - with good sized rooms. Beds were nice and comfy. Great views from the decks. Home is well stocked - full kitchen and bath items, Wi-Fi, TVs, linens/towels - downstairs is a full hot/cold outdoor shower, fully covered parking, a super nice little fenced lawn area (for the doggos, if you bring them along), grill - and a plethora of beach toys, chairs, body boards, etc. There are also two kayaks (one tandem, one single) with life jackets and paddles. Sound is literally steps away and the beach access is about a 10 min walk. Home is not far from shopping, restaurants and activities. This is a real nice cozy gem and a great value. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome property!

We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend and loved it. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. Check-in was a breeze and there is plenty of parking, both underneath the house and in the driveway. The house is well appointed and comfortable. It was extremely clean and offered all the comforts of home. The weather didn’t cooperate with us so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch, but both would be a great place for hanging out in nicer weather. A great beach cottage that we’d definitely rent again!!

We are North Carolina natives and a proud military family. After nearly 20 years traveling the world we had our hearts set on obtaining a family vacation home to make beautiful memories and Emerald Isle was our dream location. It seemed that fate stepped in when we found a house just a week after my return from Afghanistan in September 2021, so we took the plunge. Setting up Sea Casa together has been a labor of love and we hope that our guests enjoy the beauty and relaxation as much as we do! After a great initial start with Sea Casa we were thrilled to find Sea Cabana just six months later. We are excited to offer a family friendly classic beach cottage experience.We hope that between these two properties we can offer a special experience for any family big or small visiting Emerald Isle!
We have two kids in college at ECU and this location allows us to spend quality with them as well as our extended family on weekends without traveling too far.
