Location, location, location! Welcome to your oceanfront escape on beautiful Emerald Isle. This spacious beachfront home offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, pristine white-sand beaches, and sparkling turquoise waters. Enjoy spectacular sunrises, refreshing sea breezes, and the soothing sound of the waves right from your private deck and balcony.

With direct private beach access, this home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to relax and create unforgettable coastal memories. You'll also enjoy convenient access to local restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything Emerald Isle has to offer.

The main level features a bright, open-concept living area with soaring two-story ceilings and a dramatic wall of oceanfront windows that fill the space with natural light and stunning water views. This level also offers two comfortable bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, along with a convenient half bath, full kitchen, living room with huge TV, laundry room and 1/2 bath.

Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and queen bed. One of the bedrooms features a private oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee, breathtaking sunrises, and occasional dolphin sightings along the shoreline.

The home has been extensively updated with premium features, including a TREX oceanfront deck, impact-resistant windows, Hardie siding, modern HVAC systems with UV air purification technology, and numerous additional upgrades designed for comfort and peace of mind.

Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and, of course, endless ocean views from multiple vantage points throughout the home.

Need more space? The adjoining East Side of the duplex may also be available to rent, allowing larger groups and extended families to enjoy up to 8 bedrooms under one roof while still maintaining a complete privacy (separate entry doors) and direct beach access.

Tatiana was a kind, accommodating, and overall excellent host. She provided us with helpful information about activities, groceries, and dining in the area. The house was perfect for our needs and we appreciated that there were so many bathrooms (as that is always a gamble with beach houses!) We would definitely return if we plan a similar trip.

Amazing house and view

House was perfect for 6 adults and one baby. Easy access to the beach with an outdoor shower. Beach was not over crowded, great for family and children.

The location of the property was good. Right on the beach was great. We were disappointed with the lack of "supplies" at the property. There was exactly one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, absolutely no extra rolls. Seemed a little lacking for eight people. a half roll of paper towel for the kitchen, and one kitchen towel. There were enough bowls for us, but I had to use them for storage of the food I made and had to purchase our own wrap for the top of the bowls. Had to purchase our own paper plates because there were four 6in. plastic plates for eight people. This place says it will sleep 10, just seems like there should be that many plates.I am hoping the extra paper plates, paper towels and toilet paper that we left there were still there for the next renters! And the pizza cutter we purchased. If you want to do some serious cooking, you might want to consider bringing your own knives too! I almost cut myself twice on the VERY dull knives.Again, the location was great but you might want to bring some of your own supplies.

We would like to clarify a few details regarding our property standards: - Kitchen Stock & Dinnerware: Our kitchen is fully stocked for 10 guests with standard ceramic and plastic dinner plates, bowls, cookware, and prep utensils located in the primary cabinets. The four 6-inch plastic plates mentioned are part of a separate, child-friendly set. - Starter Amenities: As outlined in our pre-arrival materials, we supply a starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper per toilet [4], paper towel, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, and basic cleaning chemicals) to cover initial needs. Guests staying for longer visits or with larger groups are expected to purchase additional consumables as needed. PAPER PLATES are not a listed or promised amenity. - Guest Communication: We pride ourselves on responsive host support. We received no communication during your stay regarding dishes, cookware, or supplies. Had you reached out, we would have gladly guided you to the full set of dinnerware or addressed any questions immediately. We inspect our kitchen tools between stays to ensure safety and functionality, and we wish you the best in your future travels elsewhere!

Great place and owner

My partner and I, and our blended family, stayed here recently and loved it! The place was very clean and well kept. It has great access to the beach and easy parking. Tatiana was a great communicator and quick with any answers to questions we had. We liked it so much that we already talking about going back again soon.

Summer Retreat

We had a wonderful time in this property, the views are fantastic! The house was clean, and functional for everyone. We even appreciate there was a baby gate available as we forgot to bring our own. I recommend this host and property.

Amazing Family Location

From the moment we walked in the door we felt a vacation Happiness! Pristine Clean home, kids were just as excited for bunk beds as we were for the short walk to the beach! Perfect rental for a family! Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The access to the beach was the best to just come and go as pleased to go pick shells or fun searching for little crabs with the kids! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your property. Highly recommend!!

Lovely beach home right on the beach

The location and house are beautiful. If you are looking for a house with easy and convenient beach access, this house is it! My kids loved that the house was also stocked with beach toys and boogie boards. The only reason why i didnt give it a 5 star, is because of some imperfections with the house, like it not being very well stocked with items, specifically kitchen items. Cooking was challenging, and missing items like certain cooking utensils, pans, foil, oven mits etc. Also, the hot water in the breaker box, kept tripping, so we would lose hot water.

This was one of my favorite properties EVER. This property was recently renovated and everything was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. Both upper and lower decking was wonderful - not wood to get splinters in our feet, so we went barefoot when it wasn't the heat of the day. The pictures don't do the beach view justice!! My husband daughter and her family stayed in this property. We had plenty of room. I appreciated the enclosed outdoor shower to get most the sand off. The host, Tatiana, was attentive and very communicative. I appreciate her and how she made sure we made it safely and into tge space. Our family will stay here again!!

Generational Get Away

My multi generational family (88 - 14) enjoyed a week at this property. It is conveniently located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, so you get the best of both worlds. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and provided a great layout for those with limited mobility who wanted to enjoy the beach without having to leave the house. Bedroom/bath on first floor provided a walk in shower and access to living space without having to climb stairs.
