Walk to dinner and enjoy the history and nightlife that downtown Pensacola has to offer or stroll to the local farmer's market on Saturday mornings! Equipped with a large balcony that overlooks the main thoroughfare on Palafox Street and offers views of the beautiful Oak trees in Plaza Ferdinand. If it is culture and entertainment you are looking for this condo is just steps away from The Saenger Theater, Pensacola Little Theater, Pensacola Children's Museum, Pensacola Museum of Art and more! You cannot beat this location for your Pensacola visit.

We love our military families! 10 minute drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Station.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full gourmet kitchen. Stunning fish tank (automated lighting and feeder) and pinball machine. Comfy king sized bed in each bedroom. Gated entry for security. Two televisions in living area so you can always have the game on while watching your stories. 5 minute stroll to watch the sunset over Pensacola Bay or to the Pensacola Bay City Ferry Terminal for a ferry ride to see the Blue Angels practice. 10 minute Uber/Lyft to the beautiful blue waters of Pensacola Beach.

Parking is easy with our dedicated parking space and we will also add your car to our downtown residential permit that will allow you to park on the street at any time for free.

What a wedding weekend!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend of our wedding. It was such a magical weekend and having such a beautiful B&B really made our weekend special. We will definitely be staying again when wedo a staycation in Pensacola.

Our son completed his flight training

We have traveled to Pensacola are 10 times in the last 3 years. Our son is a Marine Officer and has been stationed in both Pensacola and Milton. This was one of the best visits. The condo is amazing and the location is perfect. You are within walking distance for restaurants, bars museums and more. We even attended a baseball game and that was an easy walk. I plan on returning when I can arrange it.

This place is stylish and comfortable at the same time, which is not easy to do. And the location cannot be beat. Add in the friendly owner with just the right amount of communication and it was overall one of our best VRBO experiences.

Fantastic Location!

The location is very convenient for wallking around the downtown area and still close to the beaches. Besides having easy access to restaurants, bars and shops; special events can be held on weekends for more fun. Robert keeps a well mainteined property and his communications is prompt. We enjoyed our stay!

A Downtown Pensacola Gem

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a modern, well-equipped property in the heart of Pensacola and it was nothing short of fantastic. The location couldn’t be more convenient, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive or walk away. The property itself was a highlight. It boasts a modern design that immediately makes you feel at home, coupled with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making our dinner party a breeze, and the living spaces were comfortable for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really set this property apart was the attention to detail. The host, Rob, thought of everything and it was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience. Amazing condo in the heart of Pensacola!

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was absolutely perfect. Stellar location! Within walking distance are numerous shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We loved cooking in the chefs kitchen and enjoyed watching the fish in the beautiful tank. This condo really has it all. And to top it off, the owners have 3 different parking permits which made it extremely convenient for close proximity parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thanks, Rob!

Every detail was spot on! Perfect location and great amenities! The kitchen was great for cooking and plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like being a chef. Will definitely return!

Awesome Condo & Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Excellent location just above one of the best steakhouses in all the Southeast. The unit is very spacious with amazing amenities including a huge salt water fish tank that will mesmerize you for hours on end. You will not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and book it! Also if you like live Jazz music, do not miss the bar above the District. It is right around the corner.

Best place in downtown Pensacola

This is our favorite place to stay! Beautiful, clean, well appointed, and in THE BEST location! The owners are such great communicators. We stay here whenever we come to Pensacola. I absolutely love it, and highly recommend staying here! 2 couples can stay here very comfortably.

Great Stay

This condo is in the best possible location. Walkable to everything!!! It was well appointed, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with high end finishes, and comfortable beds. The pinball machine was seriously fun! Our host, Rob, was wonderful. He kept in communication with us and was very responsive. The only issue we encountered was that the street noise was a little much for us. No fault of the owner, but during peak vacation seasons, it’s very noisy on Palafox, and can be heard from inside of the unit at all hours. Also worth mentioning is the stairs. There is no elevator, as with most historic buildings on Palafox, and there are quite a few stairs to climb to get up to the unit. Not a deal breaker for us. Just wanted to pass this along incase anyone might have trouble handling stairs. Overall, this place is great. It’s very spacious, and two couples could easily stay here. (Although it was great for just my husband and I.) We would definitely stay here again. The designated parking spot is a major bonus as well!

Absolute Perfection!

If you are thinking of renting this incredible condo while visiting Pensacola, DO NOT HESITATE! First, Rob is the ultimate host! Extremely helpful in every way and clearly cares about his guests enjoying themselves and feeling right at home! The large lofted space with vintage exposed brick is just beautiful and is clearly professionally decorated in soothing, neutral tones. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms sparkling and modern! The salt water fish tank filled with colorful fish is mesmerizing - lights up and makes the whole living space glow! (Everything is automatic so nothing to do but enjoy!) The vintage Led Zeppelin pinball machine is the coolest and so fun to play! The living room area is amazing complete with leather and velvet furniture and 2 huge flat screen TVs! Great collection of books abound. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you would need! (Coffee machine with k-cups, pellet ice machine, hot water dispenser, to name a few!) Loved the open air covered terrace complete with grill! Street parking was easy but dedicated parking spot is available in a nearby lot just in case! The location could not be beat. In the heart of town but noise was not an issue at all! Best of all, this condo sits right above one of the nicest steakhouses in town (with a wonderful bar for nightcaps)! FYI - No food smells from restaurant in condo… Felt like we had escaped to a plush and swanky bachelor pad! Stay here! You will have a total blast! Thanks, Rob!
