Premier Downtown Loft Building, Just Opened

The coolest newly renovated historic building in downtown Pensacola, offered for the first time. Looking for a unique, modern experience? This spotlessly clean 2bdrm loft-style building has impressive 17ft ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, bikes, new premium bedding, WIFI, 65` Smart TV, premium sound system, leather couch, full bath, mini kitchen, beach chairs/umbrella and an awesome environment where you`ll be proud to stay. Walk through downtown, 15-minute drive to the beach!

This building was Pensacola`s original bike shop as seen in the photos. It has been expertly renovated and all furnishings and vibe have been specially curated. Includes a full work area and desk. All the modern features you want in a space that will WOW you!

You`ll have full access to the residence, plus off street parking.

My wife and I are available to provide recommendations and details once you book.

We are in the downtown area, right next to the Bay Center Auditorium and in a peaceful historic area.

You can easily walk to downtown or rent bikes. We offer off street parking for one vehicle and there is free, safe parking next to the building.
House Rules:
No more than 4 total overnight guests.
No more than 8 total people in the house at any time.
No Parties ever.
No Smoking in the home.
No photo shoots or commercial activity ever.
No loud noise after 10 pm.
No shooting off fireworks on the property.
Thoroughly clean any utensils after use.
Put things back where you got them.
If you break something or find something broken, contact the host.
There are two bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee will apply

Departure:
Leave linens on the bed.
Place all used towels in the shower.
Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer.
Turn off all lights.
Turn off TV and electronics
Take out all trash and recyclables

The cleaning team arrives promptly at 11:00am on your check out date so please be respectful of their time. Please don`t hesitate to call us for any reason.

Location was very nice for walking to downtown. We enjoyed walking to the seafood festival and to the Downtown Palafox Market on Saturday.

The loft was different than any place we had stayed before which is why I picked it. It seems to be an up and coming part of downtown Pensacola. Easy access (driving) to beaches, AFB and walking distance to the small downtown area. Lots of close restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We stayed 5 nights here and loved it. Reading the reviews left by previous guest's helped us on deciding on this unit and I agree on the size of the bath room and the kichen space. Your not going be making any big meals here, but your on vacation and who wants to be cooking?

Loft Apt central location

Large loft apartment centeal location. Reminded me of New Orleans or Chicago style. Its on the conrner of a busy street and its outside is brick so when passing most people dont even notice its an apt. Just minutes from Seville and maybe 15 to 17 min from PCB.

We really liked this property. It was airy, clean and cool. Its design with the loft, hard-wood floors and exposed brick tracked with my sensibilities. The neighborhood was kitchy and we found the BEST vegan restaurants within walking distance. Pensacola doesn't have much to offer, but this property was amazing and I'd happily stay there again.

Everything I needed was there and what a cool concept for the living area. We could walk to all the venues we wanted to see and the access to a private parking space was a plus.

Nice location

Great location in the historical district. Easy walk to Pensacola Bay Center (3 blocks), Palafox Market (5 blocks), etc. The property is a large space, but unfortunately the bathroom is tiny. It was not a problem for my wife or me, but would be a problem for a large person.

Really cool historic building. Tons of space, and super comfy beds. Plus easily walkable to downtown and tons of restaurants. Fantastic place to stay in Pensacola!

Cool Place!

This was such a great find! My daughter and I loved the vibe here. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and in a great location. If we make it back to Pensacola, we will definitely stay here again.

Hip Pensacola loft

The loft was stylishly decorated and fit our family of 3 very well. While the floor plan is open, the arrangement of furniture gave some separation from the two sleeping areas. Great place to stay if going to the Pensacola Bay Center as it was within walking distance. Host was very helpful; even went out of his way to return some left behind glasses.

Pensacola Loft

This loft was absolutely perfect! From the minute we saw pictures online, my 9 year old son wanted the upstairs bed! The loft was just right for our family. If I was young and single, I would live here! Communication with the host was a 10/10! The loft is conveniently located in the downtown area, between the beaches and Navy base/UWF, where we visited. Not only was the king bed the softest bed I have ever laid on, but the pantry was stocked with kitchen essentials. Next time we are up for a visit, this is the place we will stay!
