Private retreat

This is our second time staying here and loved it even more than the first time. You can’t beat the feel of a private beach in the back yard! Absolutely stunning! Ana and Steve are amazing hosts.

Beautiful

This was the second visit to paradise for my husband and I. The tranquil beach shores, comfort of a home away from home, and the very sweet and kind hosts, will keep us returning to this rental. If you enjoy privacy, this is the beach for you. Thank you again Ana and Steve for a wonderful vacation spot.

Great beach rental property on the treasure coast

The beach cottage is unique and private property with plenty of room right on the beach. The cottage was very clean and comfortable the host Ana was awesome and we had great communication with her There is plenty of things to do around this location between Sebastian inlet state park and national wildlife refuge and other beaches and parks. Looking forward to my next trip to the treasure coast beach cottage

Wonderful private beach house

Had a wonderful week at this older beach house with privacy and character! It was a Sparkling clean stay closer to the beach than anywhere we have seen. We are owners of our own vrbo and have to say the host was perfect with communication, checkin and answering all of our questions. Could not have been a better stay. Away from the crowds which was important to us yet close to grocery, restaurants, etc. Already planning our next stay. Thanks Ana

Paradise

While exploring the Melbourne Beach area, a local Fire Department displayed a message board in front of their Department that read: “SMILE. YOU ARE IN PARADISE”. That would sum up the week that we spent at this location. Ana was a great host. The beach house was clean and comfy. The best part was the location, if you like private, this is the spot. Thank you Ana for the best beach vacation ever.

Winter getaway

Beautiful property on the ocean. Negatives of this property are: uncomfortable furniture, not enough seating in living area, kitchen not stocked, not enough counter space, no dishwasher, refrigerator and stove crammed to close. There was not easy access to beach.

Simply Amazing!

The place was exactly as listed. The place was super clean. Communication with the host was great with quick responses. The beach is literally a few steps out the back door. Quiet and private beach with hardly anyone near us or walking past us all day. The turtles were amazing to see but make sure you have no flashlights! Will definitely be staying again if we visit the area in the future! The place is not meant for big families and the spiral staircase is not for small children but our small child did fine with assistance from adults. To be honest if you have two adults and two kids this is the perfect place to stay and would be dumb to pass on!

Great location but a few negatives

Cute little place, but no dishwasher or hot pads, TV very hard to navigate and difficult to watch as it was installed in the ceiling corner, spiral staircase had 10" rise on each step -- very difficult going up and almost dangerous going down. Front door very difficult to close. Had to call owner and they immediately came by and fixed it. Advised not to use door again. If these things don't matter to you, then you'll love this place. We did deduct two days off our reservation due to my husbands brother being in a hospice nearby. Owner immediately refunded the two day fee. Very well situated on the ocean and close to Sebastian Inlet fishing area. Very private beach.
