A short walk down our tree lined street takes you to a lively dining scene from casual burger joints to refined farm-to-fork restaurants, many with outdoor (dog friendly) patios. You’ll find family friendly craft breweries and artisan coffee shops. Or maybe pack a picnic lunch and walk to the beautiful McKinley park with its large rose garden, hosts of food trucks, concerts and movie nights.

Home away from home

Our stay was very comfortable and loved the accommodations. The owners were great to work with communication and check in was exceptional. From now on, this house is our number one choice to rent when in Sacramento.

This property was the perfect addition to our week long stay in Sacramento. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Location was perfect. Less then a 6 minuet drive to grocery store and there is a convenient store a two minute walk at the end of the street. AC worked great. Water pressure in the shower was decent. Over all my family and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay if you vising Sacramento.

Best home ever!

Arrived and checked in seamlessly; home filled to brim with amenities and then some!Will definitely return as location was 10min walk to our daughters home, who we came to visit.Enjoyed cooking in the adorable kitchen and relaxing in the comfortable living room.Bed was so comfy after a busy day.

Cozy Craftsman

My parents loved their stay. This craftsman home has been lovingly renovated and was super clean upon arrival. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to one of the best coffee shops in Sacramento and a unique Spice and Tea shop. Historic Mckinley Park is close by for those who enjoy close by spots for a walk or run. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect Home!

Beautiful home in a nice, quiet area! The house is very spacious and if you enjoy cooking, you will be very happy with all the amenities provided. The air conditioner worked perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Neighborhood shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Would love to stay here next time I am in town!

Perfect location!

The house is a wonderful vintage Tudor cottage in the perfect location in Sacramento. Walked to Temple coffee, the best coffee in the city, just a couple blocks away every morning. Great Indian food at the end of the street and plenty of other options, as well. The host was very kind and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Sacramento

House was clean, comfortable, and charming! Great location - walking distance to several local coffee roasters, restaurants and short driving distance to downtown, attractions, etc. Bob was awesome, responsive, and very flexible with everything. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO stay I’ve ever had

This is a superb house to rent. The owners are lovely and accommodating. The location is great. The house is really cute and has a nice back porch and yard. I was here for 5 weeks and it was all perfect.

Great home!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. House was beautiful and cozy. The off street parking was awesome and great peace of mind for when you’re staying in a town you’re unfamiliar with. Although, the neighborhood was nice and I would’ve felt just fine parking on the street. 10 out of 10 would stay here again and I’m grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this home.

Fantastic Home!

Bob's home was in a GREAT location and the driveway made parking EASY! Super clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch sipping tea from a gorgeous mug and enjoying the morning breeze! Bob provided lots of helpful recommendations for dining and coffee. Delicious Pachamama Coffee Coop is just a couple of minutes walking. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

In town for dad's surgery at Mercy General Hospital. Home is within walking distance on a beautiful street with quiet neighbors. Home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. 100% recommend.

My wife, Connie, and I live in Wisconsin but like to visit our son (and co-manager) who lives just minutes away from our East Sac home. Our potential move to this area has been postponed due to Connie's stroke and current medical needs. But we very much enjoy staying here when we can, especially when it is winter in Wisconsin! So we consider this our home and have furnished it and stocked it accordingly. We've learned that East Sac is a wonderful community with beautiful tree lined streets and is convenient to most everything. We can walk to great restaurants and shops. And we have wonderful and quiet neighbors. We think you will enjoy our home as much as we do!!
