Secluded neighborhood in the hills of Valley Center.Close to entertainment if you really wanted it, but the quiet views and all-inclusive property kept us on the premises our whole weekend. The raptors love to soar at the height of the home - you feel you are in the skies with them.

As advertised in the pictures. Beautiful views peaceful and quiet. House easily sleeps 6 adults. The hot tub functioned perfectly. Plenty of parking. The house was very clean. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Patio was perfect for dinner at sunset. (See picture) The propane grill functioned as expected.The drive up the mountain is breathtaking and worth the destination.We will return if available for future trips.

The house with the views

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We watched beautiful Sunsets from the Patio, and enjoyed watching stars from the hot tub. Totally recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway

The views of this property were breathtaking! We felt the warmth immediately when we entered the home and were greeted by fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious.

Nice, but.

We booked this home to stay at during our son’s wedding. Nice property, nice home. We checked in and used the two queen sized rooms leaving the master for our daughter and her 5-yr old son. On the third day, it was discovered (because it was covered up). That there was a water leak under an area rug that had been placed to hide the leak with puppy training pads placed to conceal the problem. On top of that, the bathrooms both had a form of black mold in them. One on the room, the other on the shower curtain. The leak was discovered when our daughter in law came for a visit and sat down to changer her 2-month old son. Judging from one of the pads the leak had been there for a while. When we contacted the owner he said it had just been discovered and was covered up to not inconvenience us. He only gave us the option to vacate and refund us for the remaining time. With 3-groups, where were we supposed to go?My wife and I both have compromised immune systems, and my wife has leukemia,not to mention the kids being there. No notifications/warning. When I called VRBO they said you have 24-hrs after check in to file a complaint. The problem was hidden and not disclosed by the owner. By the time we checked out 1/3 of room was soaked. I can only guess what the leak was. One pad was brownish in color. Live and learn. Trust?

Location Location Location!

Our stay was better than we imagined! The views from the porch, family room and hot tub are fantastic. Sunrises in the morning soaking in the hot tub were the best way to start the day! Sunsets were spectacular too.We used the hot tub everyday and really enjoyed it at night under the stars.The kitchen is well stocked and everything is easy to find. We all liked the beds and slept well. So quiet!!!The AC works really well when it got hot, but we were able to open the windows for the nice breezes. Follow the driving directions, they work great. The ride up the hill is so worth the effort!If I come back to visit this area again this rental will be on the top of my list to rent again!Thank you again for a wonderful stay and experience!

Everything was as promised. Don't know how you could ask for a better experience. Property exactly as described plus extras. Host responded immediately whenever contacted. Were able to check in early. Never wanted to leave.

Long Weekend In Center Valley

We were in town for my son's lacrosse tournament. The home provided amazing views and a comfortable place to relax during our downtime. We arrived in the dark and the looks on our faces when we saw the views from the house first thing in the morning were priceless!

Awesome Place to Stay, Highly Recommended!

One of the best VRBO's were we have stayed. Tina and Mel were very responsive to questions and request and made sure that we were able to have a fantastic Thanksgiving/Birthday for my son who's in the Marines. The views are fantastic and we especially loved the hot tub under the stars. The home is spacious the beds are very comfortable. Love the open design it was a great place to chill and reconnect with my adult children.

Incredible view!

This property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay to the very end! The listing was accurate and the amenities: hot tub, fire pit, grill and patio were excellent, but nothing beats the seclusion and sunsets and sunrises that only this property offers! Steep drive up a winding road which only adds to the experience, nothing dangerous or undoable. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks for adding to our family memories

Loved Loved Loved It

We stayed four nights. All four of us loved the house. It was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again with no hesitation! The view was also great.

Nice stay

The house was beautiful. I found the amenities to be solid. The location is quiet and makes for a peaceful time. Do keep in mind that this location is 20-30 minutes from any other services and that at least during September you will have fog roll in that hangs around until about 10 a.m.

Hills, sunsets, avocados, and Roadrunners!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hills! Once we managed the 2 mile winding road, we were more comfortable using it day or night. The Roadrunners peeking in the windows were a hoot! We would do this, again.

Amazing views from this house. Mel and Tina were very responsive and timely to questions. House was well equipped, including a gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tub, spacious rooms, kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Super chill atmosphere, and a great location.

Family Wedding Weekend
