House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.
No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.
Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
Music with low volume allowed from 9am-7pm
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.
