We went to this vacation rental for the holiday weekend in October and had a wonderful time!Katie was an awesome host, and was super responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was perfect for our family, both spacious and cozy. My two young kids loved all the board games, so this was a definite plus. The kitchen was great, and had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. And we loved the large dining table with extra seating.Beds were super cozy - we all got lots of good sleep!The porch/outdoors was beautiful with all the lighting - I only wish we could’ve used it more, but it WAS October in New England although we did get one night of using the fire pit for smores!We loved that the property was so close to the beach for walks by the water, and also shops and stores if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quite walkable too, for anyone who wanted to venture out for some fresh air.This was a lovely place and we definitely hope to be back. Thank you again to Katie for this getaway opportunity!

Nicely decorated and clean. There was everything you need for a large crowd, there were 12 of us. The place was carefully laid out. Central air amazing. We had some hot days. Nice clean outside shower. We liked Nauset beach the best. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Property

Very clean and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the volleyball and outside fire pit! Would love to stay there again.

Great house in central location

We loved our stay here! The house was in the perfect location to get to beaches, downtown Chatham, and many restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone, and Katie was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation property

My cousins and I picked this property for our summer vacation with our families. It was very well stocked, clean, and had enough beds for everyone. The backyard was great for the kids to play and we really enjoyed the board games available. The house was close to several nice beaches. Our host was very communicative and responded to messages quickly. Totally recommend staying here!

Glorious week in Harwich

We stayed at this house with 6 grandchildren, ranging in age from 5 - 24 and everyone had a great time. The living room was particularly large enough for us all to sit and chat each day. We were fortunate to have great weather most of the week and went somewhere to dinner every night. The house had everything needed for supplies. The hostess was easy to reach when needed. I would recommend this house to other families.

Harwich Getaway with Amazing Host

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this home for our summer vacation. Our host, Katie, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the listing until the end of our stay, Katie was exceptionally attentive. She was not only friendly but highly communicative, responsive to our needs, and promptly answered questions. One of the standout qualities of Katie as a host was her responsiveness. No matter the time of day, she was always just a message or call away, ready to address any concerns or provide helpful recommendations about the area. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made us feel at home, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring we had a fantastic vacation experience. The vacation house itself was stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment we stepped inside, we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail in the design and furnishings.There was plenty of room especially with the bunk house and large outdoor deck for relaxation and spending quality time with family. As for the location of the vacation home, it couldn't have been more perfect. Situated close to a number of great beaches and close to shopping in Harwich Port and Chatham The convenience of having such easy access to all parts of the Cape made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Our vacation rental experience in Harwich was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

The property is absolutely lovely. Better than the listing showed it to be. We had an excellent time at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and little to no traffic. The host was very helpful and great to rent from. Highly recommend this location as a wonderful vacation home away from home. Lots of character in the house and very clean.
