Wake up and feel the ocean breeze as you enjoy breakfast sitting on the patio of your oceanfront condo. You have a relaxing den with a flat-screen TV and wet bar. Nice full kitchen to prepare great meals and enjoy friends and family. Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. One full bathroom. Bunk bed nook sleeps 2. Pull-out couch sleeps 2. Only a few short steps to the beach. Your relaxing vacation awaits!

We provide sheets and towels including -
* one set of Queen size sheets and pillowcases for the bedroom and
* one set of Full size sheets and pillowcases for the pull-out couch
* two sets of Twin size sheets and pillowcases for the bunk beds
* six sets of towels


Please bring the following-
* toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent
* for the kitchen: paper towels and dish soap. We provide dishwasher detergent tablets
* small trash can liners and large trash bags for kitchen trash

We found the condo spotlessly clean, attractively furnished, and well-equipped with plenty of available storage space. Although the kitchen is small it has everything we needed for cooking. The central location was ideal for long walks on the beach in either direction while still being a quiet spot with no traffic noise. Beach access is so convenient, and the storage area is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc so you don't have to bring those things with you. The whirlpool bath worked perfectly and was a luxurious way to unwind at the end of the day. The one time I needed to contact Robert he was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy.One thing to be aware of is that the sound insulation from the unit directly overhead is not too good, so we did hear conversations, TV noise, and the sound of people walking around at 2 AM overhead. Also, the mattress in the bedroom is rather worn and doesn't provide much support around the edges, so if you require a firm mattress for sleeping that could be a drawback. To us, those minor drawbacks didn't detract from a wonderful experience and we intend to return!

We had a great stay in Ocean Isle! The check-in process was easy and the condo's location was conveniently located next to the causeway giving easy access on and off the island. The condo was comfortable and overall well equipped for a week stay. The view was beautiful with easy access to the pool and beach. The only two things preventing a 5 star was the poor Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom often causing our phones and the TV to buffer as well as the thin walls/ceiling allowing us to hear our neighbors moving around and talking in their condos. Overall, this was a wonderful location and place to stay!

Great Location Great Condo

Second time we've stayed at Robert and Mehak's place. Hopefully it won't be the last! I thought the condo was already great, but they continue to update and improve it!

Perfect stay on Ocean Isle

We had a great stay in this unit, located right by the pier on Ocean Isle. Everything was perfect. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, glasses, dishes, and silverware, as well as salt, pepper and spices. Contrary to some inaccurate reviews, linens are provided, including several sets of towels that included bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges and kitchen towels were also provided. The wet bar with a full set of bartending supplies was a nice touch. The storage closet on the lower level had good chairs, beach umbrellas, and floats. The location is the best on the island, and close to shops, restaurants, and the park. We definitely plan to return here in the future, and this condo is highly recommended!

July 4th at the beach

What a great week! The condo was better than advertised! Grandson and I watched sunrise on the beach 3 days in a row! Best part of week was fireworks show from the Ocean Isle pier Thursday night. Condo was located in first building closest to pier! We had the best location to view fireworks. Able to see entire show from condo patio. Did not have to go to crowded beach. When show was over, we were already home!!! Great week!

We had a great time at this condo. It’s right on the beach, and in walking distance to restaurants and the park. It’s in a great location! We would stay here again. The owners were easy to contact and everything in the condo was just as pictured.

The property was as described. The view from Condo was great. Rob was very quick to answer any questions and to provide check in info well before arrival date. When planning another trip to Ocean Isle, I would definitely stay here.

Beach fun

We had a great stay ! Good weather and good company . The only negative which was minor was the shower. The water was trickling out and took a long time to take a shower. The water pressure everywhere else was fine. But the shower wasn’t great. We will come back just wanted you to know Tom
