This updated villa is located mere steps to the sand at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. You'll find your ideal coastal retreat at this tastefully decorated choice 1BR condo.

Fully equipped kitchen w/granite counters, 1 bedroom w/all new bedding, full bathroom with vanity, only steps to the beach and pool. We provide everything you'll need including: washer/dryer, beach buggy, beach chairs, beach umbrella, central heat and air, community pool, and stocked kitchen.

This 3rd-floor villa is accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Enter into the hallway with the bedroom tucked away from the living space with a Queen Size bed and television. Twin bunk beds are discretely built into the hallway. The villa is complete with a washer and dryer!

Our villa is best suited for business travelers, romantic getaways or a couple with small children.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach. Escape the crowds and stroll beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyards, lagoon and fountains.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Condo was absolutely amazing. Loved the extension (made the deck part of the interior of the home). Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very functional. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a couple of meals. The host was very responsive, check in and check out was very easy.

The place was nice and cozy and great location but the security guard at the gate was super rude when we checked in and everything!

Great condo/location

We needed a place to stay for me and my high school son. This was the perfect place for us. Pools, tennis courts and beach right there. It’s easily assessable to restaurants and activities. This is a third floor unit, which wasn’t an issue for us. Comfortable and plenty of amenities.

Nice place, needs a couple improvements

The place was quiet and safe - being close to an airport really didn’t bother us, and they don’t fly at night. We liked that there was a security guard at the front (regardless of having to pay $20 for parking - what?). We also had access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool! Instructions on how to access those may be helpful to include in the listing. The property is out of the way of crowds and peaceful. Unfortunately, our bedding had stains and hair on it, which made us wonder how clean the rest of the place was/whether the bedding had been washed. We were disappointed that the couch and bedding we had was not what was pictured in the listing. I would call this more of an apartment than a condo. 3 people staying here may feel pretty cramped. It would also be helpful to have instructions on how to access the dumpster as well as recommendations for things to do nearby. We had all the cooking utensils we needed - just wish salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. were included, along with laundry detergent. There wasn’t a ton of room to store luggage and toiletries. Nice place overall, just want to be transparent, especially if you’re staying here for a while like we did.

The stay was nice. The photos are a little misleading due to the couch being completely different and it’s definitely not as big as the photos make it seem. Only 1 outdoor pool was unlocked and the indoor pool needed a key to access which was not provided in this unit.

Short and Sweet

The stay here was very nice. Got to see many crabs and hermit crabs and be in a much different area than usual. Watch your head on the coat rack when you are coming and going.

Great experience

The room was very clean and was super cute. The staff at the gate entrance were polite and made getting the parking pass simple. The owner was also very professional and had good communication with us.

Clean and quite

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quite and relaxing. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were just walking distance from the water. It’s a great place to explore sense it’s river side/marsh. Also, everything was just minutes from us. Burkes beach is really nice and plenty of dining near by. Would definitely come back to visit.

It was a very nice little condo. I think it would be comfortable with two maybe three tops. It was a lot quieter than I thought it would be. Owner provided fans that would reduce noise if needed. Instructions for arrival and departure were easy to follow. And I wish I knew if we had access to the indoor pool and hot tub. It would've been nice to know because it did rain a couple of days.

Comfortable and clean

As I was in town for the golf tournament, I loved the convenience. The unit was smaller than I expected, but would also been happier knowing in the information page does not mention this is a 3rd floor unit. Overall, I felt this was a bargain for me, I'll shop again next year.

Cute little condo

Overall this condo was cute and clean with decent access to the ocean. First, I wouldn’t consider it “mere steps” to the ocean as it was approximately 500 or so. But a nice 10 minute walk. Second, the couches in the living room were not the same as in the pictures which is sadly why I chose this condo over another one so that was disappointing. It went from the pictured grey sectional to a Ikea looking uncomfortable couch that you literally slid off. The condo was much smaller than pictured and there is room for barely one person in the bathroom! The AC only blows in the bedroom, for some reason the AC in the living room you can only feel for about 3 feet. Lastly, don’t expect any extras here, not even salt and pepper. Really nice place but just being honest about some of the pain points. Also, they don’t advertise in the listing you have to pay $20 cash to park for your stay which is absurd!

Condo at The Spa

We loved the updated kitchen and the space that was added by extending the room into what was the screen porch area. The beach was a short walk from the room and was secluded enough to be very private.
