Congratulations! You have found a gem! This condo has been completely remodeled with no expense spared. You will find none like it! Is in an ocean front complex and has ocean views! Comes with 2 bikes with basket and lock and beach items! Has 2 air conditioners, SUPER NICE and CLEAN!! The condo is near the popular Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants! Just bring yourself and some food and everything else is taken care of!! No other condo has so much to offer! This condo truely has it all. We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay!

Great location

Great place to stay right on the beach! Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Nice updates to the unit.Only downside is the sleeper sofa is in need of replacement-very uncomfortable and hard to pull out and retract.

Fabulous location

February in Hilton Head

The condo is very clean and very well equipped. We loved the location as we enjoy our walks on the beach and you just walk out the walkway and you are there. The owner communicated very well all we needed to know.

Quaint, cozy and quiet

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The condo was well equipped, very clean and secured. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and it’s not a bad drive over to Savannah. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a couples getaway.

Wonderful villa on the ocean

This was our first time at Hilton Head. This villa made it very enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. The owner was very accommodating.

10/10, would stay again!

I grew up vacationing at Seaside Villas. While the property itself is older, you would never be able to tell with the remodeling! We only stayed for a couple of nights so we didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Having the bikes included in the rental was also amazing because we didn’t have to worry about the hassle of scheduling a drop off and pick up with an outside company. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Beautiful property right off the beach. Very clean, well stocked, bikes, beach chairs, games, and much more. When I reached out to Lori for help with locking the door ( a complete mistake on my part, as I was putting in the wrong code), I had no problem with getting in contact with her. We had a wonderful stay, and definitely plan to return!

2nd time staying at this property. Awesome hosts who go above the ordinary to meet your needs. Great location and beach. Close to everything. Walk or ride the provided bikes. No brainer if you want a low-effort and high-reward stay! Clean. Stocked. Easy in and out.

Well appointed

This specific unit is recently updated, modern, and very cozy. The owners have outfitted the kitchenette with everything you could want. There is a generous supply of board games. The furnishings are nice. The beach chairs, wagon, and bicycles are all clean and well kept. Their attention to detail is noticeable. The property is just off the central area of Coligny Beach. All conveniences are within a few minutes walk/drive. You can see the ocean if you lean out from the balcony. I don't consider that ocean view. The pool is within the confines of the structures. It does not have an ocean view.

Comfortable Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! The location is truly right by the beach and the area of the beach feels more secluded than other parts, which was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. There were a couple things mentioned in the listing as being included, but were not there when we got to the place (ex- shampoo/conditioner). We couldn’t find the beach towels, but it’s possible they were in the closet right off the front entrance. The door knob was broken when we arrived, so we weren’t able to access this closet during our stay. The condo had great AC, a very comfortable bed, and we loved the wagon with the beach chairs! The bikes worked wonderfully as well and were fun to take around the island! Overall we had a really great experience:) Thank you!

Great spot for those traveling light or flying. This condo is close to the beach and literally has everything. Just pack your clothes!

SeaSide Villa 109

Our stay here was very relaxing. We rode bikes on paths and beach, walked on the beach, and enjoyed time sitting on the beach in the sun and in the evenings. We explored the whole island and thought our location was great. Many nice places to eat. We attended HHI Community Church and felt right at home. We ventured into Sea Pines and walked through the preserve and rode horses there, also. We enjoyed a dinner cruise one evening at Harbor Town. The Salty Dog Cafe is a must for outdoor dining experience. The villa was a good size for two people to enjoy meals in and it was quiet sleeping. Overall we would recommend this for couples and maybe a young family of four at most.

The owners are rude. The rugs are matted, dirty, and smelly. Do not be deceived by the pictures, it is pretty much a studio apartment and approximately 500 sq feet. (I did my research after the fact). Everything is miniature (e.g., fridge, sink (good luck washing a cooking sheet), microwave, stove, etc. The door to the condo swings right into the bed/”bedroom.” (This is not illustrated in condo pictures). The entire Seaside stinks however, there is lots of air freshener all over this individual unit which disguises smell. (Not to great of a mix with anyone with headaches). Owners gave wrong beach code so we relied on others to share the correct beach code. The pool is tiny, unkempt, and mostly shaded. The pull out sofa full is extremely uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. Some people actually reside here and they hate the tourists. However, cherry on top is they charged me 3 extra hours of VACUUMING (for a 500 sq foot place) to just vacuum up sand- on top of the already 99 dollar cleaning fee (which included vacuuming). I could deep clean the entire place in 3 hours! We left the condo immaculate and as we would want someone to leave our own. I believe the owners expect the unit to look as if you never touched foot in the place. They also said a towel and pillow case was damaged. Nothing was damaged at all. When I asked politely if they could clarify, I was told by the owners do not have time to waste with this matter and I did not receive not answer. They said they would refund the extra charge because this fight is not worth the time. If I damaged anything I would be happy to replace. I was shocked in rude/short response. Maybe they realized it was quite the exaggeration in three hours of extra vacuuming. Pros: Location right near Coligny shops & restaurants. Close access to bike paths. Communication up front to access unit was very detailed however once they get you in they are short and rude.
