We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach caddy for your convenience, so all you need to bring is your sunscreen and a good book.

• You are allowed a maximum of 2 day guests and there shall be a maximum of 6 overnight guests in the house at any time. If a situation occurs that would require exceeding this limit please contact us and we can discuss.
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
• In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. (after 10PM)
