This 30 Ft. cathedral ceiling beach home is complete with three beautiful bedrooms, two full bathrooms, gorgeous, large Living Room, a full kitchen with European kitchen appliances, two outdoor fire pits, one on your Gulf Front private beach and one in your lovely gazebo on our large lawn. Both have brand new outdoor sofa arrangements for your pleasure. Your private beach area also has Restoration Hardware furniture and a newly built, large boardwalk to step onto the beach. This beautiful beach home has central A/C, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, four TVs, Sonos, and premium Wi-Fi and a wraparound deck complete with beautiful furniture, new bicycles, brand new outdoor grill, shark tooth/ shell rakes, fishing poles ( and you should see the many varieties of fish we catch- farm to table ), deeded access on our private dock on Lemon Bay for fishing, swimming or paddle around lazily using our new kayak while you look for wildlife and manatee. Castadiva is a peaceful and rare gem, situated in our safe little village of Englewood on Manasota Key, where people are kind, seafood restaurants are abundant, and people are welcoming like Olde Florida used to be. No other property offers so much, including Gulf AND Bay AND gorgeous home at such an affordable price!! Come be pampered by my Team of 6 years, who are simply amazing where no request is too much and have the relaxing vacation you have dreamed about. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The host, Cynthia, was super prompt and very friendly. She was available throughout the stay and super helpful. The beach view was gorgeous, and we are so glad we were able to carry our pets. Can’t wait to go back!

The home and private beach property were absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed soaking in the sun on the beach during the day and relaxing by the fire pit on the chilly December nights. Cynthia was incredibly responsive to all of my questions, and we hope to return to this beautiful place again soon!

We had a magical time with our friends at Castadiva. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed to make memories to last us forever. The beds are comfortable, the towels are luxurious and the appliances and gas BBQ are top notch. We really loved the private beach access where we spent days hunting for shark teeth and were lucky enough to be visited by a pod of dolphins twice ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Cindy is the MOST amazing Super Host and went the extra mile to make sure our stay went smoothly and we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit beautiful Castadiva again.

According to the description we were expecting a nice ocean view - disappointed to see only the back of houses in front of the property. Quite a hike to the beach, would be tough for anyone with mobility issues. Bedroom 3 is the laundry room & small bed. Microwave didn’t work. Could use more cookware. Host was very attentive & house clean. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are nice.

Thank you for your review. Allow me to respond to your concerns. First, a brand new microwave was ordered and delivered immediately , as I am the Host who takes listens and jumps on any request. Everything from Pack and Play to a new refrigerator. I’ve been a host since 2019 and have 263 5-star reviews. The land connected to our beautiful renovated , large beach home never belonged to our land. However, the over 1/3rd acre prime beach land comes with our beach house. That is where our home was taken by Milton and now is private land on the beach for all our guests. The walk is 1-2 minutes and three house away. Adorned with large new fire pit and logs, RH beach furniture and we even supply fishing poles, kayak, shark tooth rakes, beach wagon and canopy, Adirondack beach chaises and bikes. I always provided the little diagram and photos to show how close and easy the beach access is. We also offer a private one month old dock on Lemon Bay for watching manatee for launching our kayak provided for you. I really hope you spent some time there, it’s beautiful. I hoped for better communication from you and I would have helped with any concern. Even though we are not first row on beach home, we provide a full prime beach land/ lot for our guests and still offer an affordable option, where otherwise “on beach” would be at least triple in cost. You will always be welcomed back to our piece of paradise, like Olde florida used to be. Peaceful and a private beach not well traveled.

Let me start by saying the host was amazing and the house was nice. However this property is not beachfront and shouldn’t be listed as beachfront. While the owner has a beachfront lot three doors down you can access, it’s a vacant home lot from a house lost during Hurricane Milton and has glass, debris and ants in it. There is also no boardwalk to the beach, so you either have to climb down the rocks which isn’t safe for some of us and not possible to get your beach stuff down, or you have to use a boardwalk for another property which is trespassing. While the host was great and very responsive and took care of any issues we had, you can’t list this as beachfront. It’s beach adjacent and without a good way to get down to the beach unfortunately.

The host is amazing. She goes above and beyond, very attentive. The house is not beach front. There are two large, fenced homes under construction blocking ocean. View from the porch is those homes and workers so we kept shades closed. We were disappointed to find the private beach was down the road. The fire pit wasn't in the yard, it's at the beach. Host manages AC and guests must text her to have temp adjusted. The house is nicely decorated. Ice maker and microwave wouldn't work. No ROKU remotes for TVs. Very nice host, disappointing views.

We had an amazing stay at Cynthia’s property in Englewood. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, and take in those incredible sunsets.The property was comfortable, well cared for, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. What really stood out, though, was Cynthia herself. She was thoughtful, kind, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Her communication made us feel appreciated as guests, and you can tell she truly cares about the people who stay there.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Cynthia’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida getaway. Five stars all the way.

The property listing: WOW! THE ULTIMATE LUXURY BEACH FRONT HOME with FULL PRIVATE GULF FRONT BEACH!This is not a beach front home; there is literally a street and other homes between this residence and actual beach / water. The “private” gulf front beach is not a beach, it is a dirt lot (which had actual concrete blocks/debris in it), it is also surrounded by other homes… so ZERO privacy. There is no beach access from this lot unless you want to traverse over a rock barrier wall…. And if you use the neighbor’s “private” stairs to get to the water, there is zero beach (sand) to even put a chair on to sit and enjoy the sun. You literally have to pack all your items up and drive down the road to enjoy an actual beach with sand beneath your feet. The home is lovely, the communication was on point. It should be noted that there are multiple homes under construction surrounding this home. Literally right outside the front door is banging, hammering, loud music. Walking to explore the beach / private beach, both my teenage daughters were stared at the entire walk by construction workers. This is a nice home, this is a fine location. It is NOT beach front… and it does NOT have a private beach. I will do my very best to seek a refund for the days I was not there, My family and I left after being there for about 2 hours.
